Wifi was not ideal for video calls (it is fine, but not great). Worth noting that there is no gym - but this is duly advertised beforehand.

The flat is big, which makes it particularly handy for anyone visiting for business - allows for meetings outside of the bedroom. The appliances are also good, there is everything you may need in the kitchen. Location is excellent if you are coming for an event at the convention center or nearby.

AC does not turn on until April so we opened the windows. City noises were louder than we are used to.

Loved having a kitchen and a living room. We liked walking to the mall. It is a 15 minute walk. We liked how they held our bags until our room was ready.

My only criticism was that there was very little natural light in the room. Not a big issue as I was usually out most of the day.

The hotel is a very central location and my room was very spacious.

The furnishings are a bit run down. We rented the hotel because it advertised a pull-out couch. The pull out bed was broken and would not lay flat. Not great value for what we paid.

TV was lacking

Nice suite with good kitchen and basics for cooking. Location was perfect for attending a conference at the conference center, as well as walking to see the sites.

I had to change rooms. The microwave in room one didn't work and the dishwasher stuck out of the wall because it didn't fit properly. When I switched rooms, the appliances worked, but the blinds were broken in places. This meant that people could see into the bedroom.

Echoing hallway and tattered couch. It’s easy to hear the other hotel guests. “Your room is ready now, but you need to pay $50 if you want to check in early. No, I can’t waive it.” There are still many places around town that aren’t squeezing every last penny out of its customers, so this practice feels quite unwelcoming.

Great location, amenities, and water pressure. Bed was comfy. Kitchen is very complete. Lots of closet space which would be nice for anyone staying a while.

I needed to extend my stay due to flight delays. When I called to extend my stay, the desk agent told me I'd just need to book an extra night. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. I managed to book anyway and told the separate desk agent about my having two reservations when I checked in. She was confused but told me that was fine and I wouldn't need to check out then back in to hold my room. The next day I double checked with YET ANOTHER desk agent who had to change my room cards and have me sign for the SECOND reservation to avoid housekeeping removing my things during the day before my next reservation started. Having to go through so many different individuals just to handle an extra night in the hotel was a major hassle!

Having a full kitchen made it easier to eat healthy (and cheap) during my trip. The close proximity to my office made the morning "commute" of walking 2 blocks incredibly easy.

The closet racks in the bedroom were inexpensive Walmart grade junk that were falling apart. There wasn't nearly enough room to put my clothing in the closet despite it being quite large because the wire shelving / hanging design was so bad. While the overall design of the suite was nice, the workmanship and materials felt a little cheap, like it was made to be corporate housing. There was absolutely no common space. The bar / coffee area was never open (so much the better when there are excellent options nearby).

The suite I was in (each has a different floor plan) was a single bedroom with living room, kitchen, and bath. The bedroom was proportionally a little small, but that was made up for by the large living room.

I like everything except the parking because if you’re gonna park at the parking lot for the hotel, it should be a discounted fee for the weekend that you’re staying or if you’re staying more than three days or two days that it should be discounted

There were no thresholds coming in off the hallway, so the noise could be significant. However, there were not many guests that passed by, so it was not much of an issue for my stay.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked quite useful. The location is quite good and the price was very reasonable.
