The bathroom was a tad dirty and the water pressure was not very good.

The location was a 5 minute walk to the casino. There’s a pizza place right next door that’s open late. We didn’t know where to park when we arrived so inquired inside and the staff was so helpful, showed us where to park and gave us an extra parking pass because we had two cars. We had the jacuzzi suite. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and a bonus!

The room was poorly lit and not very big for a king room. There was no overhead lights & one of the three lamps was broken. It would have also been nice to have a microwave in the room.

The location was within walking distance of the main attractions. The breakfast had a nice variety and was warm & fresh.

We would have liked more towels. I'm sure if we asked, they would have given them. The bedspread was kind of funky and gross. Glad we brought our own blankets. Cleanliness wasn't spot on in the building, but we were comfortable.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Warren was my favorite. The bathroom was huge and I loved the shower.

Although I do love the vintage look, the hotel could use updates; not to modernize the look (the theming is perfect), just upgrade some products. I've been coming here over several years. I am not sure when this property was last renovated. Bedding has been changed out. Could use more, ie: lamps/ outlets with better USB ports. Furniture, carpet, wallpaper replacement. Keep the look, upgrade the product.

Pipes a bit creaky, but not a big deal. The biggest problem I have is it's been quite some time, and I'm still waiting to get my deposit back.

Nice room, decent-ish breakfast. Could have been a bit better in regards to the quality of the food but it's to be expected! Overall, pretty good!

Room 604 had a very noisy heater. A water leak developed in the bathroom wall. Toilet flapper needs replacement, refills evert 5 min. Light over coffee bar needs replacement.

A little disappointed in the breakfast. Not the same as before Covid. There were 4 of us and we never got exactly what we ordered either morning.

The room was cold, you couldn't regulate the temperature. There was nothing going on in the surroundings. Almost every restaurant has closed. We felt pretty much alone.

The art deco style of the whole hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bath was spacious, as well as the big comfy bed. The location was perfect, very close to the Falls on the US side. 5 min walk. Very tasty breakfast with several warm meals.

I did find hair around the tub and my robe had hair stuck in it. Other than that everything was great :)

Could not see well from the rooftop, windows dirty. In a run down part of town. Parking is across the street outside. Water pipes were loud all night, heater did not work well. Older hotel, no smart tv or streaming service.

Great view of city at night. Bed was comfortable. Shower got hot quickly. Staff was kind and helpful.

Under bathroom counter had all kinds of stuff from past guests. Didnt notice until i had to use the restroom and sat down. Toys, lipstick lid and idk what else was under there, didnt want to get on the floor but it hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. Mold above shower that looks like they had a leak and tried to be fix it but now theres mold and its black.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Comfy bed. Views were great and the location was amazing.
