Check out is at 11 AM. I have no idea why a staff member decided to unlock the door and walk into my room when I was undressed at 10:30 AM.

I traveled alone and just for one night. The self-check in using a door code was very convenient. The room was pretty spacious and everything was clean. I was able to park my truck and trailer on the street, very close to my room.

There is no staff presence, but staff was very responsive on the booking app. On hindsight, price is cheaper if we book direct on their website

Central location that is a short drive away from Main street. Amenities like coffee machine, oven and bathtub are very welcoming! Staff is very responsive to questions on the booking inchat app. TV is loaded with many programmes.

We had 2 rooms. In my room we had no hot water so we had to shower cold. In the other room the shower did not work at all. It was a struggle to get someone on the phone and by the time we did, we were told they could not fix it that evening as it was 9pm and someone would come the next day. We only stayed 1 night so during our stay nothing was done and no compensation was offered in any way.

For a motel, the rooms were surprisingly nice and modern. Also the beds were nice a comfortable.

We stayed for 4 days and never had our room serviced. We had to ask to have our garbage emptied (didn't happen). Soap dispenser in shower was empty. We had to take 1 bar of soap from sink to shower. Had to report room A/C not working. They moved us to a new room. Bathroom fan in new room didn't work. The ice machine wasn't working. Lots of little things, but they added up and made the stay less than desirable.

Our room reservation was changed after my check in time and after I had already received the code to the room and so I ended up walking into a family sleeping in the room that I had booked. Scared the family and myself half to death. Then because they had double booked the room I purchased, they downgraded me to a much much smaller room with no refund. Horrible experience.

It was obviously recently renovated so a couple small details like the towels shedding and sticking to my skin. The fridge was turned all the way up and blew up a soda.lol Nothing major just added to the fun.

There was plenty of parking, picnic tables, fire pits and corn hole games.

We were in the back and the view was less than desirable, over grown weed lot. Mattress was really hard.

Location was great. Room was spacious. Decor was cute.

They booked me the wrong room and couldn’t fix it. The tv didn’t work There isn’t a hot tub They tried to charge me an early check in fee that I was never informed of till my 4 th phone call! Awful experience no redeeming quality.

The check in is completely by phone and was a little cumbersome for us older folks, but there is a phone number on the office door and the manager was very helpful. It would be helpful if there was someplace to hang your clothes. The TV is by Roku and was a bit of a problem for us uninitiated to hook up to, but once again I called the number and he walked me through it. NO Problem!

The property is relatively new for a small motel. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The King bed was great and left plenty of space in the rest of the room. I would stay there again anytime and recommend it to others. It compared easily to a national chain motel that our friends stayed at for a price double to this one. The cleaning lady was very helpful to us.

My 6 year old daughter had a bloody nose in the middle of the night, it ended up on the bed, oops why can we do? Wish we could control bloody noses. Tv did t work, water didn’t work, yet we’re charged a fee for having a bloody nose and dogs in a cadge because we didn’t dare leave them in the truck literally on a main road. I will never stay in this town again, I would rather drive 20 minutes to a hot ale that actually cares about its guest.

Only improvement I’d make is to memory foam type mattress bed were comfortable but I like the bamboo memory foam
