Rooms in the front of the hotel, facing E 46th, are loud with street noise at all hours of the day and night (normal for Midtown Manhattan). Try to request a room in the back of the building for less noise.

Great boutique type hotel, with a wonderful restaurant/bar on the first floor. Very close to all my meetings for work in Midtown East. Room was clean and larger than I thought it was going to be for that area, pictures are accurate. Easy to walk to Times Square, Grand Central and Bryant Park. Felt safe and secure. Liked that it was not a large hotel, felt more personal.

The bed in my room was a little worn down on one side where the springs would make noise. The distance to walk to the subway was a little longer than I’m used to.

The location of the hotel was near a lot of attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The restaurant was great. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Disapointed the balcony had no view other than a brickwall. I was suprised there was not a single usb port in the room, enquired at front desk for a plug, they had none spare.

The location was really good. The bed was very comfortable slept so well. The room was attended daily very clean. The room was spacious with cupboard space to empty our cases. Staff were very friendly.

Better soundproofing on the windows. it was very noisy with the vehicles going over the metal plates on the road and we had to buy ear plugs. We were on the fourth floor

Wouldn't let me use my business credit card for the deposit as it didn't have my personal name on it which the lady at the desk was a bit rude about. Walked past the first time as it wasn't obvious in my jetlagged state (I also didn't have any access to Internet to check location but had fortunately printed off my booking confirmation). No sound proofing on the windows so the constant car horns were an issue at night.

Location was perfect, room was comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing, if I didn't have things to do I could have stayed in there all day.

The bed was soft but comfortable. The floors needed vacuuming or sweeping as my socks and slippers could attest.

Location of this hotel and room was good. We had a partial view of Fifth Avenue. The room amenities were good and as expected. Bedding and towels were immaculate. Service requests for the room were attended to promptly. The hotel is close to subways so getting around was easy.

Nothing at all; I would say the hotel met my expectations

The hotel is excellent for tourists, with main attractions within close proximity, easily accessible by walking or taxi. Though the small balcony faced other buildings, this was clearly indicated in the room description, and it didn't pose any issue for me. Additionally, guests have the option to order breakfast, as well as food and alcohol, to their room from the restaurant located on the first floor. While I wouldn't claim it to be the best dining spot, the breakfast was satisfying and prepared promptly, typically within 20 minutes. The staff were notably friendly and accommodating, readily assisting us with all inquiries and even offering recommendations for nearby restaurants when we arrived on December 25th, a day when many places were closed for the holiday. The rooftop on the 19th floor is open to guests, providing a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of exploration.

The provided toiletries leaved much to be desired (the body wash in particular didn't foam up very well and didn't leave me feeling very clean) and sometimes the heater, though modern, made a knocking noise (but it was easy to turn off), but these were very minor inconveniences for the size and location of the hotel.

The staff were superb and so very kind. The room was modern and clean with a nice rainfall-like shower, and very spacious. The location was perfect for what we were doing as we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. There's also a couple of cafes just next door to help you start your day off right. They even gave us a free $10 minibar credit just for staying with them.
