the guest room hallways had a cool looking wallpaper except it was scratched along the entire hallway . This needs to be addressed as it looked horrible!!

If you arrive late you don't benefit from the nightly fee. Missed the peanut butter bar. I couldn't get the heat setting adjusted to my liking. The mattress was on the hard side. There's no microwave in room.

Some joker (obviously the previous guest) had set the TV alarm to go off at 4am, so my wife and I were treated to an unwelcome wake up call of the Jailhouse Rock......Oh how we laughed!!! Obviously not the fault of the hotel but I recommend checking before you get your head down?

Great place to stay, clean, tidy, ladies on the front desk were polite and helpful. Great proximity for the Graceland tour etc....Also security patrolling the car park at night so you know your motor will be safe!

This property was amazing. We took our daughter here to do the full Elvis experience and it was everything she wanted would definitely go back and do all over again. Staff was amazing and very helpful room was clean and loved the view of the courtyard and pool.

After a tiring 4 hour drive to the hotel we were greeted by a long queue when checking in. Stood for over 15 minutes before the queue even started to move. Should have had more than 2 staff at reception at such a busy time. After checking in, reception offered PJS and pointed to where they were being served but we didn’t bother because the queue for the PJS was over 100 people long and we were so tired by this point. PJS queue made the hotel look overcrowded and cheap! Hotel is big enough they could arrange for a better area and system to serve the PJS rather than in a corridor. Non smoking hotel and yet weed was being smoked from one of the neighbouring rooms, and the smell filtered into the corridors and other rooms on our floor. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but I didn’t see or hear them stop it. Day of check out, house keeping walked straight into our room just after 8am without even knocking, then asked us if we were checking out. We didn’t need to check out until 11am so found this very rude.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Next door to Graceland. Comfortable beds, with all amenities you could need. Band playing in the reception/bar area. Nice restaurants.

It was a little shocking to be charged 3 types of taxes on purchases.

It was extremely convenient for visiting graceland. It was nice having restaurants and bar located in the hotel. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment as well.

The location is 10-15mins from downtown. Not an issue but to be aware of if wanting to spend lots of time downtown.

There could be more food venues and choices I did not like the Graceland closed at 4:00 pm way way to early maybe for the general public 4:00 pm is fine but if your staying on property they could stay open a little later to accommodate all guest

Loved everything, the food was great, staff friendly, room was beautiful and so good and spacious, private car park ($10 charge which I thought was very reasonable), very close to walk or get the shuttle bus to Graceland, loved the complimentary PB&J sandwiches at 9pm, great band in the bar in the evening
