Stairs were a bit much, but we were well warned beforehand so that was our problem. We had never stayed there before.

The first thing I noticed was toothpaste stuck in the sink and two hairs in the sink. The room was not preheated at all. Only 49 degrees and the refrigerator effect kept the bed cold well after getting in!!

The location was perfect since I was a vendor in the craft show. The bed was super comfortable. The carpeting needed cleaning and the bathroom was very dated.

I’m handicap and found the ramp to be way too steep. Also, the towels left a lot to be desired. Needed a 2nd hand towel at keast

Other than it being rather expensive for off-season, nothing could have been better, the room and location were great.

Our room on the 3rd floor had a great view of the boardwalk and the ocean. Although I hated climbing the stairs with bad knees, it was well worth it. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a corner room at the end that had windows on both sides that opened, allowing us to enjoy the sea air.

Others staying there would stare at us going in and out. Not sure if they were living there or not, but it was uncomfortable to be watched by people sitting on first floor every time we would come and go. They were always sitting outside.

This sounds petty, but I am very environment-conscious. For the coffee, could you have separate sugar and creamer packages rather than the combined package which include one straw, one creamer, one sugar, and one saccharine and one napkin, all wrapped in cellophane? I only use the creamer, so the rest, I gather, goes into the garbage. I see the hygiene of it all but it is rather wasteful.

Staff was very kind and changed our room to one on the ground floor, which was better for my husband who has trouble walking. As it was, the room was also very close to a parking area, so he only need to go about fifteen steps from the car to the room, which was perfect.

The only negative is the noise. We were on the bottom floor and unfortunately were woken up at dawn each morning by sounds above us (walking, stomping, etc).

This property has an excellent location. It’s right across from the beach, and is within short walking distance to many local restaurants, shops and the promenade.

Definitely not alot of parking...Only 3 or 4 spaces in the front.

The beach was across the street from the Inn. There is no parking really. There is a lot behind the building where you have to walk through the pebble path through another property. Everything else was close.

It is very expensive for how small the rooms are, the beds should be queen size instead of full size for that price, I wish they included beach tags with their price, I wish the parking lot was directly behind it but you have to walk around the block and behind another lot further away.

Liked the location, so close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. I liked that they had parking.

Location was great! the hotel just 2 minets from the beach. Bads was comfortable and bad sheets and towels were clean and fresh (what is so important to me)

We paid for the room with a view. While there was a view it was via staircase. So if u leave your blinds open to see the view everyone climbing up n down can see your room. So that felt like inaccurate n misleading description.

Hotel is at a very location, right across the beach. Rooms is of decent size and clean.
