Sit down breakfast doesn’t appeal to me. Hair left on the shower wall. Busier then normal, but only one person working at check in. Coffee was hot but not very strong. Disliked the fact that we had to use a 3rd party service to get a room.

I didn't get the type of room I had reserved. Deems they acknowledged the type of room I reserved ,just decided not to follow through with it . It would have been different if I had prior knowledge instead when I walk through the door .

No one at the desk when we arrived. Waited quite some time. When someone finally met us, there was a line of 3-4 other customers behind me. She came to the desk in a tee shirt and was less than friendly. Only made me one key card and was a little put off when I requested a second card. The room was ok, but honestly felt a little damp from humidity. The access to the bathroom was a little awkward between the room entry, bathroom door and closet doors. There was no hook on the door for towels. The metal shelves for towel storage were inside the shower and rusty. The shower head was entirely green from buildup. @ 8:30am there was no coffee in the self service urn.

The location was convenient to the highway, and close to many restaurants . Easy accessibility to Tesla charging. Affordable in comparison to other local options. Plenty of parking. We did not have time for breakfast, but the restaurant area looked nice.

Just felt a bit grubby for the price. Everything seemed in need of a bit of TLC. Surprised breakfast wasn't included, as it is with most roadside lodging.

The staff when we checked in were nice but needed trained just a little bit more. I'm assuming they were new, due to asking a question and they have to find someone else for the answer.

The location is great with so much nearby, the room we got to house all 5 of us was huge, so it was a nice change of scenery from being in the car for 12 hours together.

During check in, the lady said we don’t have booking. She said maybe its on holiday inn express. Then my husband said he was pretty sure we’re in the right hotel. Then I showed to her the booking reservation. Then she finally got it. But it took a while because she said that someone could have given our room to other guest. We had a looong day and the wait was unpleasant. Then the room she gave was smells so bad. So I came down and give us another room. It’s better but I wouldn’t want to stay in this hotel.

We were able to get another room since the first room was smells horrible. The helpers at breakfast area was so nice and helpful.

They charged for parking! I’ve never been charged for parking at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express! There was plenty of parking available, and booking. com indicated parking was free. The breakfast was the same as that at the Holiday Inn Express except you had to pay $10 per person per day. Not worth $10. Decent hotel - clean, friendly staff, but you can definitely get a better deal elsewhere - there are NUMEROUS hotels in Amarillo.

Staff was never to be found u would have to wait for 10 mins or so to get anything. And they have charged us for a extra night which we dint even stay and cant get it fixed

Breakfast wasn’t included/free. It’s pretty standard now at hotels of this style. My bad bc it was not an “express hotel” but for what I paid it should have been included and I’ll make sure I choose an express hotel with included breakfast from now on. There are plenty to choose from and a lot of hotel competition these days with more road travels.

I paid more for this room than a Holiday Inn Express (or any express) and it wasn’t and more luxurious than an express hotel but we didn’t get a complimentary breakfast. I will remember to book an express next time. We missed having our morning waffles. Otherwise the room was fine as I would have expected.
