Excellent location within walking distance of the Hot Springs NP entrance, Bathhouse Row, and many other attractions in Hot Springs. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a great view of the surrounding hills.

Comfortable beds, room exactly as described. The breakfast was very good with several hot options. The free parking is a block or so away (vs $ for valet) and covered.

The hotel put us in a room directly across from a Hospitality Suite that was in full swing for the two nights we were there. This was not disclosed before we moved into the room. As I told the manager on duty (who seemed not to be too invested in my complaint), I understand that sometimes there is only 1 room available. Still, guests should always be told about the Hospitality Suite ahead of time as they may choose to go elsewhere to stay where they can get a good night's rest. Because being across from a Hospitality Suite when one is not part of the party is inhospitable, loud, and disruptive. We had to listen to boisterous talk, laughter, and even lively (probably friendly) debates late into the night. The rooms are older, so the insulation/soundproofing is perhaps lacking. The situation was made worse when the users of the Hospitality Suite took their conversations and raucous laughter into the hallway for extended periods. Future guests, be warned: Do not stay in room 1301 if there is an active hospitality event across the hall. Our sink did not drain properly, but the manager was keen to talk to maintenance and fix that for the next guest.

The location of the Hotel Hot Springs is excellent. The breakfast, which was included in the room cost, was very good and fresh. The parking was free, secure, and close to the hotel; even when lugging bags, it was doable. Charging stations, when they worked, were a terrific amenity. The room itself was comfortable with a spacious shower and fairly decent beds. The hotel probably would have been rated higher if our room was located in a different area of the hotel.

Room could have been cleaner. Linens need to be replace. Both comforters had noticeable stains.Top of window where meets ceiling had mold/mildew. Mildew in shower. Elevators extremely slow.

refrigerator didn't work had to throw out some of our food, bathroom sink was backed up. Maintenance brought us new frig but had to tear pipe under sink apart and snake the drain while we were in our room.

The bartender/ waitress in the restaurant was a bit of of a disappointment. She was quite rude. All we wanted was a glass of wine and a snack...needless to say, we left without either and had a package of peanut butter crackers for a snack before bed. We skipped the breakfast based on our experience the night before and drove downtown and found a great bakery with breakfast items.

The location was fine. I actually thought it was a little closer to the center of town. We had to drive in and find parking. Hotel parking was a bit of a hike in a garage down the street, which was kind of a scary walk back to the hotel.. but it WAS free so I guess that was a bonus.

Very thin walls. Our room was next to family with children. It was very loud - still around 11pm/12am when we went to sleep. Lucky we had earplugs

The bed pillows are small and flat. I thought that we had larger pillows on our last visit. The breakfast was just okay. Too much grease.

The front desk staff were great and the shuttle driver was very accommodating. Nice gentleman. The location is good.

Connection to the convention center. Cheaper than Embassy Suites. I liked the location of the hotel. I never had to go outside to reach classes at the convention that I was attending. Great free breakfast.

We had to move rooms the second night due to our next door neighbors arguing and cussing at each other all night. The staff was accommodating in moving us to a different room.

The breakfast was good. Hotel is nice. Staff was nice and very accommodating.
