I would like the rooms to reflect the tasteful lobby area, they aren’t really that dated, but seem dingy. The shower was great and clean but had some permanent mold issues in the corner and the lowest toilet we’ve ever used. I would still stay again though!

I think it was a bit overpriced for quality and location of the hotel.

The breakfast was a standard fare for a hotel: eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, potatoes, bread/bagels, tea, coffee, juice. They have a shuttle between hotel and downtown Saratoga Springs, which is two men driving back and forth. For pick up from the town, we called hotel and shuttle came to pick us up at their designated spot. The staff at the front desk, at the breakfast nook, and the driver were all very nice and friendly. The hotel also has a pool, which we did not have time to use. The room was clean.

Bed next to ac: should never happen,room was a configuration it was not designed to be, shower door backwards,couldn’t be closed: no handle, ; ice machine very noisy,right next to us. Rusty shower.

The shower needs a better curtain/outside wall and a couple more towel bars would help. Otherwise it was an elegant and comfortable room.

The facility was impeccably clean, more staff was needed at night, especially after the concert. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive.

We only got one towel to start; which was rectified by the end of the day. Breakfast staff folks were lovely, but the breakfast choices were mediocre. Hard to find healthy choices.

We used the services of the cheerful shuttle driver a few times each day. That made our stay at the hotel very convenient. The staff were friendly and nice!

The room was large and very comfortable and the gym and pool were an added bonus.

Hotel is older and could benefit from upgrades- only available entrance was front door although there were other entrances- The other entrances had notes on them to use the front - This made access to hotel a challenge with side parking- Not sure what the reason was- The breakfast was ok- there had been many reviews saying how good it was- The choices for keto diet were not plentiful- It would be nice to add some shredded cheese and vegetable options and or salsa to add to the egg mix. We had a problem with our room key and staff were very helpful but it occurred again the next morning, Water pressure was very low and only 2 washcloths were in room for a 2 night stay for 2 people.

Our shower was very leaky and the bed sagged in the middle a bit, and we definitely paid high season pricing due to the SPAC shows and racing season. But overall the hotel was clean and staff was friendly and working really hard to keep everything running smoothly.

The staff was super friendly and the free shuttle to SPAC was an unexpected bonus.

Struggled to get maid service, was supposed to happen every other day. Had to make multiple requests to get the room cleaned. Nightly price was high, but we were there for a concert and the hotel was in high demand

When we checked into the room the door was not working properly. The top hinge was off. We reported it 15 minutes into our stay.
