The room was too hot at night because of the Eco restrictions that the owner maintains on the thermostat.

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were nice. I like the keyless entry. The luggage storage in the lounge is an added perk.

Tea / coffee making facilities in lounge were poorly stocked so getting a cup of tea or coffee was impossible - this would have made a big difference as no facilities in the room

Stayed during winter -- heater was dry, had to open windows which was not ideal. We've stayed in this particular location 2-3 times and there is city noise which is what it is. Ear plugs or the noise machine provided didn't help but the thought was appreciated. The issue is an alley way that resonates street and bar noise. Unsure if there are units that are not on the alley way side...

Location excellent, fantastic deli around the corner, Uber pickup and train access easy, walkable to restaurants, sites. Good space for up to 3 normal size people.

I thought that the decision to change my hotel (not just my room) after 1200hrs on the day of arrival required a greater effort to notify me than an email. In fact, I called from the airport after 1200hrs to confirm my reservation details and get the access code which all pointed to the ARCO. I was completely surprised when I got to the door and nothing worked. Fortunately, the Sonder phone was answered, and I was not left frustrated at the door at 9 at night in the rain and in the dark, and also fortunately my Uber waited and did not bail out on me - which would have left me on the sidewalk soaked to the bone with an unhappy spouse and suitcases in hand. No bad stuff happened - fortunately- though it could have been a serious white privilege problem had things gone sideways at the door of the ARCO.

I never got to stay at the ARCO - the room was taken offline the day I arrived and I was sent to the Whitherspoon instead and placed in a larger room. So, I don't know what the ARCO would be like for a stay

There was a lot of street noise - partiers and honking car horns until 3am. Not the fault of the hotel, but I recommend asking for a room that does not face the street.

The room is beautiful and new. Staffs are super nice. But the air conditioner is not well designed. I got cold in the first floor and too warm in the second floor that I cannot sleep well. I got a really bad cold and fever because of this.

Elevator was not working for 2 days, so we had to carry our bags on the 3rd floor.

I was unlucky as the elevator broke, and it was in beeping alarm for 3 days (it was weekend, so likely that was why it was not fixed). So I had my daily workout to climb to the 5th floor many times :-|.

Booked the hotel mainly for the location. The surroundings of the hotel is a vivid area with some (gay) pubs and restaurants in different price ranges.

The street gets very loud on the weekends. But the hotel even provides earplugs and a white noise machine. Bathroom was cold. Ceilings have different heights in the rooms, some people may not like that

Nice hotel, convenient location. Lots of restaurants and theatres in the area. Using the number code for the building entrance door and the room door was very convenient. Interesting architecture.
