The restaurant was closed and the facility was a little bit dated…

It was clean, away from homeless population, and the property felt safe..

There were several basic room amenities lacking, e.g. only one waste basket, no printed info regarding the facility such hours, workout room availability.

The roon was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful.

I appreciated the luxury feel of the hotel. We felt like we were in a cabin. They also provided a cot for our infant immediately.

Older interior and in need of updates. Plans are in place but yet to be put into place update the lobby area, but nothing was mentioned about the rooms which could use some caulking cleaned up along with bathroom updates. Had to unplug the lamp to plug in the coffee maker. Clean though. Requested an early checkin, only to told to wait “couple hours”; called back and the mgr said to come in and get checked in. Found five others already checking in early. Why was I told to wait after being approved for early access? Restaurant and bar were closed as were the pool and hot tub.

Love the New Mexico adobe style, location to central Santa Fe. Parking was good and the Price was okay.

The room was great. A free Shuttle to the Plaza would be very helpful. The Lodge also needs re-open and a bar would be nice too. I enjoyed sitting by the fire in the lobby.

Carpet was dirty. Tacked on a 25 dollar a night resort fee. Allowed you 2 beers or 2 wines a day. I didn't want their beer or wine. Irritated me.

The room was spacious. Nice balcony. Bed was comfortable. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and keurig. The grounds were beautiful. There were many places for walking. Dog friendly! Plenty of parking. All in all I was very pleased with the accommodations. I'm not sure if I would go back, the resort fee really ticked me off.

The hotel is expensive (maybe as all Santa Fe) and there is not restaurant which in case you travel with kids could be an issue.

The location is very good just near from the north exit of the city and nearby the historic center. The room is very comfortable.

The place can be vacuumed better. There is a lovey year-round swimming pool and a hot tub, but it is not open until 8 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. Wish the pool hours were longer as some visitors may have to leave early for sightseeing and may come late after a seeing a concert etc.

I like the location as it is close to the city but still away from the city for someone to enjoy their stay among beautiful scenery. The hotel offered free wine, two per room. Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The first room, we had… the bed was awful, I had a terrible backache… One night we thought the car was locked.. but apparently not… someone stole my 500$ prescription sunglasses off the front seat.. and of course they have signs stating there not responsible for anything taken from vehicles..

Great location.. we were able to upgrade our room.. the first had no fridge or microwave.. so that was very nice, they made the change right away

That it was so dark to walk from my room to the lobby and the balcony flooring was a disaster and the door slammed shut on my arm.

I liked that my room had a balcony, and I could pull my car up close to my room. I like the pet acceptance policy.
