The rooms could use some updating. Once a refresher is done, it would be worthy of 5 stars. Especially the room we stayed in with the amazing balcony.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Thank you, Olivia, at the front desk for being so welcoming. Also, the staff at check-out were super friendly. I would visit again for the customer service alone. I'd recommend this property for the location as well!

I had to ask for shower wash as none provided in the room, I also had to ask for tea as there were no facilities in the room. This took a while to arrive and was just a tray with a kettle. Why this wasnt in the room already I dont understand. I've never stayed anywhere where there were no tea/coffee station. The view was also not very good but it didnt spoil our stay.

Beautiful reception and friendly staff. The location was great for getting to the main sites without a car. Everything within half hour walk. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.

Not the hotel's fault, but I was exhausted from long flight and not able to check in early. Again - not the hotel's fault as they were fully booked the previous night.

location was convenient as I was there for work training. The casual and informal dining for great to know that I could select a decent and healthy meal right there at the hotel

On my second night only one elevator seemed to be working properly out of three. Not great for a busy hotel. No prices advertised for minibar. I would have preferred an empty refrigerator for personal items given drinks and snacks were available to grab and go in the lobby.

Excellent location. Nicely decorated lobby and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Very courteous doormen. Housekeeping service excellent.

I couldn't easily get a cup of coffee. No coffee machine in the room. I had to go across the street for coffee, which was warm and I had to go back with it. In the morning, I had to stand on a long line for breakfast and coffee because there were only 2 people handling the breakfast orders. The sign that reflected the price was not clearly displayed or information had been provided at check-in. I paid nearly $20 for eggs and a half slice of toast. I would have gotten something else if the pricing for the various items was prominently displayed. Our Uber car arrived and I had to leave most of my breakfast behind. I wish I could have been able to get a breakfast to-go.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. There is a Starbucks in the hotel so that helped! The bed was very comfortable but a little high, so if you are short you might have an issue. There are two groceries close by and a food hall

I would have liked them to give me some additional tourist information, some recommendations of the city would have been excellent.

Would have liked a fridge in our room to keep our own food cold. There was a mini bar fridge but only with paid refreshments in. Would have also been nice if there was ice on our floor so we didn’t have to get the lift each time.

Could walk to everything so left the car in the parking lot the whole of our trip. The rooms were a good size. Aircon worked well and good size tv too.

my air conditioning didn’t work when I first arrived but they were very efficient in fixing it within 15 minutes. the off site parking makes it somewhat difficult to reach your car but the location makes up for it.
