So cozy, hostess was very friendly and a very good cook; the eggs benedict were delicious. Resident animals made me feel right at home. Thank you, Cheryl.

No negatives. We enjoyed it. Owner very personable.

The owner greeted us, very friendly, explained some things to us like time for brkst, asked us if we had questions. Asked about restaurants around area and grocery stores. We had 1st fl bedroom. Bed was extremely comfortable & breakfast was delicious. If we get up that way again we would definitely book a nite.

    I liked everything!!!!

This is a beautiful home with carefully selected antiques creating a warm and comforting feeling. The host is a wonderful person, so funny and knowledgeable. She gave us advice of places we might go as we were just exploring whatever there was around the area. One thing she told us about was The Minuteman National Park. My husband is an avid historian of the American Revolution and the Civil War and this was a unexpected highlight of our trip to NH. Breakfast was Baked French Toast full of blueberries. Our room had it's own bath with mini toiletries included. The bed was so much fun as it was an antique meaning it was a beautiful tall bed and I'm short. I had so much fun getting up in it. Hubby and I laughed at my antics. The feather duvet was so soft and warm. I wanted to stay longer but our trip was leading us elsewhere. I would so like to stay again. I've never stayed in a person's home like this and was honesty nervous. This was the best I experience I would have expected. Our hostess has set the bar high, I expect we have been thoroughly spoiled!

    Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Wonderful gourmet breakfasts, made to order. Comfortable, warm beds you can sink into. A vivacious Innkeeper who will point you in the right direction. Charming New England decor.A great value for your money. Centrally located in the heart of New Hampshire.

Since I have to say something here, I will say I was upset that we had to leave. I would have loved to spend more time in the sitting room, and enjoy this charming inn more.

This was one of the most quaint, charming and comfortable places I have ever stayed. Every part of it was beautiful and welcoming. I don't know how it smelled so good all the time, but it did. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked (and smelled) wonderful. The owner was incredibly helpful, easy to contact and prompt in her responses.

    Can't think of anything.

Cheryl is a very good host. She really made us feel at home. We also felt very comfortable with the other guests that were there. Actually made some new friends. The bed was very comfortable we slept very well. I really enjoyed burgie the cat I think that's how you spell it. I really think that best hidden gem was the clawfoot tub in the bathroom which I could soak in. Would definitely come back again.

We would have appreciated the AC turned on before we got there. We would have appreciated an attached bathroom, not in the hall. On the website it didn't say there were no TVs or if you can't make breakfast before 8 let them know a day in advance. We had to leave before 8 but didn't know when it was served before we arrived.

We liked the cleanliness and comfort of bed. We appreciated the host leaving us a note with the key.

The parking was a little crampy, but it worked and was close by at the B&B and not on the road. Not being right on the road was a giant plus although just a wee bit scary to maneuver into the parking lot.

Cheryl was a great hostess, very businesslike, friendly and sensitive to our needs. My husband has a slight handicap and she was quick to offer us a first floor room with en suite. The entire B&B was spotless and full of interesting furniture and treasures.

    Nothing to report

Cheryl was very accommodating and friendly. We mistakenly thought that kitchen access was included in our stay, but it wasn't. Nonetheless, Cheryl assisted us with using the microwave and she allowed us to keep our ice packs in her freezer. There were multiple guests at the Inn, some staying long term and some short term, and she does an excellent job of running the place!

    not a thing

Great little gem in the country but not far from Concord. the house is really cool, historical but what really makes the place is Cheryl. she’s friendly, attentive, provides lots of good tips for things to see, do or eateries in the area. Breakfast was great! And if you love animals, this is the place to be. Dog, cats, rabbit… it was a blast and we will come back
