Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe double beds were quite narrow (family of four travelling with teenagers). Pillows a little lumpy.
Excellent location, within walking distance to all main attractions. Staff were friendly and personable. The room was clean and modern. The flattering light in the bathroom was a bonus! The rooftop is also fun. You can ask for wine glasses so you can chill your heart away.

United States of AmericaThe Inn starts to show its age, but remodeling is currently being done. The exercise room will benefit from installing a home gym.
Excellent location in lower Queen Anne. Perfect for what I needed. Public transport is conveniently close and there is also parking available if you drive by car. The room was comfortable and clean. Punctual and efficient daily housekeeping. Wifi was great and in room TV offers a variety of channels. The Inn is older, but the third floor is currently being remodeled. Remodeling was not intrusive or noisy at all. Strabucks in the building. Although no dining facilities in the Inn itself, there are plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner options in the immediate vicinity. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not any notable view out the room window, but the rooftop offers spectacular Seattle views. Basic exercise room available. Good coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. Nice Chihuly artwork against the wall at reception!

United States of AmericaIt would be nice to have some more tea in the room, and a nice a selection of tea at the coffee station in the lobby.
We liked the parking, the cleanliness of the room and the entire facility, having lunch up on the rooftop on a beautiful sunny day, and the proximity to so many places to eat. And we were greeted with friendly smiles.

CanadaThe fan/AC unit was louder than expected but was quieter when we switched it to continuous mode. Pillows were all the same height - would have appreciated a variety to get a flatter one.
You can't beat this location for access to the Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle, and Chihully Glass & Garden. Lots of restaurants and coffee places nearby, and a grocery store around the corner. Not as convenient if you're spending most of your time at Pike Place Market and downtown however Ubers are really easy to get and public transit looks frequent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bathroom and shower were wonderful. Very clean hotel: lobby, gym, hallways, elevators, rooms were spotless. Appreciated the luggage storage. Weather was too cold and wet to use the rooftop patio, but the view of the bay from our 6th floor room was great.

United States of AmericaNot too happy with the homeless camp encroaching closer to Seattle Center and the hotel (near the parking lot by 2nd). That was not there in past years. We have been coming to Seattle for the Hot Chocolate Run since 2018 and this has progressively gotten worse. However, other parts of Seattle that were once pretty dismal have really cleaned up and we are impressed with the effort to relocate those homeless to *hopefully* safer, cleaner places.
The bathrooms were recently remodeled and updated, so they were lovely! As always, the Mediterranean always exceeds our expectations every time we visit Seattle.
