The king size bed was very hard and low to the ground. Sleeping was not comfortable.

Great location and the hotel was clean! We loved the water station located in the lobby and used it to refill our hydro flasks every time we came and went. The yoga instructor was super cool too. We did her class twice.

Some restaurant service could be improved. There were several amazing servers.

It was a wonderful location, close to quiet beaches. We even saw a turtle! The towel service was great. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The cleaning staff were amazing. The restaurant was well located and the children’s menu was good. The pool was nice and clean. It was great to sit and chat by the pool with a drink or something to eat. Big comfortable beds. There are shady rest areas that lend themselves to relaxing. The ambience was relaxing and enjoyable. The lei making workshop was a must do! Cathy is great! Very family friendly!

Service at the pool & restaurant area could be improved. I was there for a vacation, not attend timeshare meetings!

Lovely pool area, well presented room, with a comfortable bed as well as a restful day bed. Housekeeping & reception staff were great!

The check-in staff at reception made us wait whilst he took his time doing something on the computer. When he did serve us he wasn't that helpful when I asked a question about the property stating "I just work here". In contrast the lady who checked us out was extremely pleasant and helpful

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had an excellent shower and a great fan so there was no condensation. The bed was comfortable and the view from the room nice. We didn't have time to go to the pool area but it looked very inviting

The concierge experience was horrible. Driven on signing people up to a time-share program. Sales driven harassment and were not helpful when actually trying to book anything in, at one point they actually told us the couldn't book in an activity we wanted to do and organise it ourself.... we ended up speaking to a manager who took us back and they actually booked it but were spiteful. We ended up doing our bookings online despite not getting any concierge discount just because we refused to deal with them. When we first arrived and they tried to usher us over, I explained I hadn't slept in 36 hours and didn't want to look at anything but they basically ushered and refused to take no for an answer. We will never stay at a Hilton property again after our experience with them. The front desk staff, restaurant and pool servive was exceptional. The location isn't the best but we liked the little walk into the main area

No beach access, views of harbor which were nice. Hilton staff trying to sell you timeshares every time you walked in the lobby.

Close to the Hilton Hawaiian village but less expensive. Clean pool and nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Bar area was nice and drinks were good. Easy parking and cheaper than most places.

Lack of food options. Dining room not open for lunch or dinner. Bar food was ok, but limited. Went next door a lot.

Great size. Pretty bland decor - could use some art work. A second chair to sit in (other than the desk chair)
