Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

We loved the theme, and the room was very nice. We loved that it's very close to the pageant and Delmar Hall and other venues nearby.

Great location - love the space theme. Rooms were clean and comfortable. View of the city from the room and roof top bar. Dog friendly. Staff were very nice.

United States of AmericaThe size of the hair conditioner was inadequate to condition my hair, which is long and thick. Next time, though, I will be sure to ask for more.
The location, the hotel food, and the room itself were all lovely and clean. Having such a nice hotel that also accommodated our small, well-behaved dog was especially nice for us.

United States of AmericaOur room didn't have anything to sit in outside of a desk chair and a stool. Felt like my only option was to get back into bed.
Enjoyed the location as we attended a concert at Delmar Hall, so we had an easy walk to the venue. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the roof top bar. Valet parking a plus!

United States of AmericaParking is a little tricky but not impossible. The customer service and assistance made this easy to look past. I appreciated the options they presented to try to make it easier for us. Navigating a congested area can be intimidating for rural folks, but they were able to make it much easier for us.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful. With all that I mentioned plus the convenient location, I would definitely stay again. Also, I love the Nest brand of soaps and other products available in the room!

United States of AmericaThere is nothing we didn't like. There was a little noise in the hallway right outside our room, but that was absolutely not the hotels fault.
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and the location is amazing. So many places to see and so many things to do within walking distance. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. The rooftop is beautiful with couches and tables to sit at and have a drink overlooking the city.

United States of AmericaParking was confusing at first but we figured it out and were able to find space in the lot behind the hotel. We didn’t have any issues the whole stay.
Love the space theme and decor. Very fun atmosphere and in a great location to walk to many places, including seeing shows at the Pageant. The beds are seriously comfortable, the rooftop bar is a blast, and we love that the hotel is pet friendly.

Rooftop bar had an amazing view and was a great hangout spot with friends or alone. The coctails were delicious. They also provide free parking at the hotel. It was easy to take the metrorail from the airport, with only a short walk to the hotel.

United States of AmericaThe only "complaint" I would have with our stay was not knowing at first that we needed to scan our room card to access our floor from the elevator. We had some lovely people help on our way up! Other than that, everything was great!
We enjoyed the view from our window as we were on the 7th floor (we've never stayed on that high of a level before). We also very much appreciated how incredibly clean everything was especially the bathroom!

United States of AmericaPrices are all high but even for a “boutique” hotel this feels a bit much. Just so convenient for what we do in StL that we usually overlook it.
