The room was unbearably warm, while the window helped it was too loud. Union Street traffic made it very difficult to rest while the window is cracked. If we were able to turn on the bathroom fan without a super bright light, it would have greatly assisted ventilation as there's no A/C.

Just minor things. Shower pressure is too low and it may take up to 5mins for the water to warm up. Pillows too thin. Mattress too soft for my taste.

Perfect localization. Clean. Helpful staff. Good toilet with bathtub. Window in the room with the ability to open and let fresh air in.

Prime location near Powell BART station making it easy to get there from SFO airport. A heritage building with old world charm. Rooms small but well appointed.

Good room for a good price. I wouldn't bring a family here, but for quick business travel, there is no need to spend more across the street.

Missed a personal refrigerator or a microwave oven in the room. And hope they had a breakfast service.

So good on the Location. Especially for the Photonics West exhibition visitors, with some good restaurants around, and Trader Joe’s and Walgreens are also near.

Tiny rooms. No sitting space other than the bed. Only good as a place to sleep. You won't be able to do any work (although the wifi was fine).

Extremely close to Moscone conference center. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Only cleaned on request. SInk is in room, not the bathroom. No closet or drawers (one small nighttable drawer) - just some hangars on a rack practically over the sink - really nowhere to put clothes - hung a few things up and lived out of the suitcase (what's the point of providing an iron and nowehere to out your clothes?) ..Terrible view. Street door locked most of the time so you always need your key ready when entering, including in pouring rain (probably because the elevator is right at the street door and it would be too easy for anyone to go in and wander around freely). No restaurant, no fridge in rooms, no kettle or coffeemaker in room. Internet goes off and on a lot. Only one elevator so if it breaks down people with mobility issues are out of luck.

Great location near Powell Street cable car turnaround, BART subway; streetcars, buse, shops, cafes; brightly lit. Room - well, the shower worked and it was clean enough. Staff quite pleasant. Coffee available downstairs in the morming. Outlets ok. Bathrobe provided. Iron provided. Good price for central San Francisco.

There were no cups of any kind in the room. That's ok, just wish I would have known that.

There was breakfast? The 'hotel' soap people complain about? They've never been to The Mosser. The blood orange lotion was top quality

The room was somewhat warm, but the street it is on is very noisy--it seems like trucks do services overnight--so it's difficult to sleep with an open window.

The hotel is clean and close to the convention hotels. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom that was pretty nice overall, but nothing fancy.

The rooms were tiny and the place wasn’t very welcoming. The staff were polite but not very warm. There was one slow elevator.

No aircondition. No close storage in the room. No safe.

It is a basic hotel with no extras. My room was small but fit my needs. It is old but clean. It had all the bathroom supplies. I had a good free wifi.

Lots of road noise at night, so had to close the windows. Being central, you get some weirdos hanging around a lot!

Clean and basic room, but was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location – easy to uber from.

Bed is too small. Room is also small. There was no water in the shower. We didn't try to figure it out because we had flight and didn't have time for it. It doesn't look like on photos

no aircon - it gets pretty stuffy in the small rooms, even with the window open. I wouldn't stay here in the summer. Also no fridge in the rooms means going out for everything

Rooms are really small. Nowhere to put bags and clothes. Makes it feel as if one is living out of suitcase. Shower is uncomfortable to use - very slow flow of water. Breakfast is nonexistent.
