View was a little limited. The overhead shower was disappointing but there was a handheld one that was much more powerful...would have been better the other way round. Was fairly expensive but it was in NYC so to be expected really.

It was a great location and the included breakfast was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and had a kitchenette which was useful.

I wished they would add eggs and milk to the menu. Otherwise it was great.

I always checked the bed, bathroom walls, floors, and stairwells. They were impeccable. The staff was very kind and efficient. While it's in the middle of the buzz and frenzy of the city it gives you peace and quiet. There's also a hidden terrace in some units. But I think guests are not always allowed in. The breakfast was good 😊.

Location, location, location. 3 subway stops, all within 3 minutes, in the heart of theatre district. Nicely decorated facility with decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Will stay here on all future visits to Manhattan!

We booked a large queen room which had 2 double beds, a mini kitchen lounge and a large bathroom. Room was ample for what we needed. unless you are on a high floor dont be expecting a great view :-)

This hotel was absolutely lovely. We were impressed by the facilities and comfort of the room as well as the location. Particularly impressed by the staff ( Keegan) who was just so helpful and really made us feel welcome from our first meeting. The staff honestly make this place as they are more than happy to answer any questions and help you in any way they can. We loved the ‘wine hour’ which was a real treat. Will most definitely return

The room was fantastic--clean, pretty, & large. Loved that our room included both a fridge & microwave! Breakfast & all-day snacks were appreciated. Location was perfect for walking to theaters for shows & nearby restaurants. All staff we encountered were friendly & went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed--especially the bellmen. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Breakfast area is small, and even 4/5 people can make it chaotic. 30 dollar charge per day for maintaining the room which was not made apparent to us at the time of booking.

The sign that you can hang at the door was either Please make up room or Room occupied. We only like our rooms to be cleaned when we feel it's needed not every single day. However, even on the days we had the sign that says "Room occupied" The maides keeps knocking on the door asking to clean the room, also leaving messages on the VM saying that if they can't access it then they will come again regardless. One of the days they even just barged in while my wife was in the bathroom. That was a big giant turn off. Why have that option to say the room is occupied then if you're going to forcefully come into the room even when we ask you not to. That became very stressful as we had to guess if someone was gonna barge it, meanwhile we like to sleep in late. I called the front desk for a bottle opener one of those nights and the front desk person said "well we have one here at the front desk...(dot dot dot)" So I was like "Can someone please bring it to us?" He said "You can come down to get it or it'll be like 10-15 minutes before someone can bring it to you". Of course, no one came. I ended up opening it some other way but for $300 a night, the least you can do is bring me something. Even if there was no staff on hand because it was late. Then at least you could've said something like "We don't have enough staff on hand but would you mind coming down to pick it up yourself?"...instead saying something like "We have one here soooo..." He wasn't mean about it but at least you can explain the situation and not put the onus on me to figure it out. Even for something as trivial as a bottle opener. Breakfast was continental, so that's fine. But the plastic bowls and plastic forks and spoons made me feel like I was in a motel or something. The gym is laughable. The cable machine didn't work. There was no business center, which was unfortunate.

Location was good for tourists. Staff was generally nice but some improvements can be made. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

Pillows were too big and the sheets a little rough.

The staff were outstanding!! Informative, friendly and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip! The breakfast was a great way to quickly get us going in the am and it was tasty! Loved the little cafe that had free chocolate and coffee no matter what time you needed a pick me up. The free wine at cocktails hour in the lobby was a fun surprise after a long day touring .

Dingy lighting in room and bathroom: cramped breakfast facilities: breakfast was adequate but nothing impressive. Most (not all) staff were not very friendly.
