The property is getting a little run down and in need of some maintenance. Examples are stained carpets, toilet would not flush properly and the ceiling fan would not work.

The location is fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also top notch.

The grounds around the resort were run down. And the lake was very low when we were there so not very pretty. Maybe better in other seasons. The coffee shop shown on the map was not open.

The chalet was nice and clean, my kids especially loved the loft. I liked the kitchen and living room- it was a full apartment. They had mini splits both upstairs & and down, which made the rooms comfortable. A playground and glide rink were close by, which are great for families. The restuarant Ducey's was good, the bar & grill was a good choice for me with kids. The deck looked inviting during warmer weather.

The pool was not clean or heated. Room's phone don't work. Some areas need repairs such as sliding door don't properly lock.

A lot of places were closed the property could use an update the pool-chairs need to be updated the whole place was a little worn down could use some tender love & care Not as clean as it could of been for the price

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke upstairs and we also had to wait for our rooms to be cleaned upon arrival which was after 16:00pm that we arrived.

Everything was good with the property we stayed. Only downside is the limited options for dinning and very expensive groceries and supermarket store

Staff at the hotel restaurant are obviously not motivated. It took ages to get a seat despite it being half empty and they could have been more polite overall.

We wished we had booked it for longer. Really wonderful place to stay with excellent facilities and more. It has everything you could.possible expect from a holiday... Great rooms, quiet, watersports, lots of places to get food and drink.... and the views are magical. ,

There was just a few things that could have improved. There was dirty silverware up in the loft, a very strong cleaning smell that we had to air out, and a bent towel bar, but overall very good. Also couldn't get breakfast at the restaurant because it was so crowded and short staffed. We waited 15 minutes at the hostess stand with nobody helping us (ended up leaving and going somewhere else) but at night we had a reservation and got right in, excellent food and service.

Really enjoyed the cabin, the beds were extremely comfortable. I also liked the fully stocked kitchen and the fact that you could access most streaming services on the tv. Also close walk to the lake and the shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

they leave a lot to be desired in the cleanliness of the huts… a lot of mold and dirt that makes the place look unkempt

We didn,t get to see the bears 🫣. And there was trash under the balkony which we cleened up .

We loved the lodge but the sofa bed was horrible, very noisy and very uncomfortable. The jacuzzi and the pool where nice and the restaurant was also very nice . We borrowed some fun games . We had a great time

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room because of a winter storm but the Wi-Fi in the lobby was fine.

Cozy charlet - big and with fireplace, beautiful nature, nice people, all what you need (post office, shop, restaurants), near to Yosemite National Park.

The layout of the master bedroom was a little cramped with a very large dresser on one side of the bed could have been better.

We love the staff, the chalets and the grounds of Pines Resort. We enjoyed the shops and dining at Duceys.
