Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Convenient to Chatham Center. Breakfasts were delicious and offered excellent variety. The pool was refreshing in the late afternoon and the Inn was well appointed with period furniture. The grounds were lush.

United StatesThere was nothing not to like. Everything was wonderful. From the incredibly good breakfasts in the mornings to the location, a short walk to town and generally central to everything! House keeping does a thorough job and fresh towels every day. The gardens to sit and meditate in, the pool. My husband absolutely loves to swim in Oyster Pond after breakfast. This year was 3 years in a row we vacationed in Chatham and stayed at the Inn. Love Queen Anne’s Inn and so look forward to next year!!

United StatesOnly downfall was the bathtub which needed to be snaked. Dana was made aware of this easy fix. Also, the sliding door was very difficult to close.
Dana and staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was delicious with multiple options. They made our trip a wonderful experience.

United StatesMy mattress was not great, but I did sleep well! The shower head spray was very fine, but that could be a personal problem for me and not bother anyone else.
The breakfast were terrific! It had a great menu and the service was polite and friendly. The owner was pleasant and very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The location was perfect for going to towns within 15 minutes or so, very convenient to walk into the town of Chatham. All in all a wonderful place to enjoy Cape Cod.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. It was wonderful having access to the pool. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Loved the breakfast!

United StatesThis is a delightful Inn with exceptional staff. Everyone, esp Dana the innkeeper , went out of his/her way to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, the breakfasts delicious, the location perfect! One night when the dining room was closed and we had eaten dinner elsewhere, the Innkeeper brought us dessert to eat on our balcony FREE! The Innkeeper always gave us excellent suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend the Queen’s Inn!
