    The bell desk took our bags then made us wait 45 minutes when we tried to take them ourselves. Said we were in a hurry, they said they would be waiting and setup in our room. Front desk kept bumbling the whole time. Two deliveries I asked to bring to my room took 3-4 calls then eventually me going down once.

    The room service staff and people we encountered in the hotel were great.

    The room and the smell of the facility is weired. Also they over booked my CC where I was in the midst of a business trip which caused me alot of issues while traveling

    The hotel room was amazing! The staff recommenced a great restaurant for dinner, they doorman was so helpful with our bags and we were just overall pleased! The West End Bistro however, the service was not good at all.

    We were inconvinced our whole 7 night stay. First off, there was a Body Guard sitting outside our door 24/7 for another guest. Knowing this, we did NOT feel very comfortable knowing a body guard was needed. To get into our room, we had to pass the guard, his chair, empty water bottles, phone charging cords in the hallway every time we went out. It would have been nice if your establishment offered us an alternate room but even with our verbal complaints to the front desk, nothing was offered to make other arrangements.? Very poor customer service when it came to that. We travel frequently and fortunate for us this is our first time staying with a Ritz Carlton establishment and I will think twice before booking again if this is how you would treat your guest in a upper scale establishment.

    I thought the view could be better! I would prefer a direct view of the courtyard!

    The room where spacious, bathroom had both tub and shower. The restaurant Westside had a great selection of food also gluten-free. I used the spa which was also great.

    The length of my stay could have been longer!

    The club level service and attention to detail are impeccable. The staff in the lounge greet everyone, introduce themselves, and are discreet but take care of you. You feel so pampered.

    Charged $8.27 each for three 2 second calls to check my cell phone ringer. $15+ for a 5 minute call $12 for a 1.5 minute call All from room phone. No signs, disclosure, Notice of the phone tariffs. Hotel gave me a very inappropriate answer that the phones were a 'third party' service and that they had nothing to do with it. Wrong answer. Their hotel, their phones however they graciously removed the charges.

    1. The thermostat in my room was frustrating. I like a cool room at night and even though I set it at 60, the room temp never went below 74. 2. Reception on a lot of the channels on the TV were pretty spotty.

    Have stayed at four other Ritzs. This one was just 'ok', and the lowest luxury experience. Room dated and bathroom floor not clean (discovered when I dropped something). No offer of paper delivery. This review would be positive if paid $250/night less. Won't stay here again.

    Close to subway (three blocks). Good neighborhood.

    The hotel was old. The room was never fully cleaned, and the bed was uncomfortable which surprised me since Ritz Carlton hotela are widely recognized for their room comfort. The fact I made my booking through booking.com did not seem to help my case. At check in I was not treated the same way other guest were being accommodated. The hotel is advertised as a hotel and spa, which is false. The hotel does not have a Ritz Carlton spa on property. However, the gym connected to the hotel (Equinox) does have a spa which does not come close to comparing with Ritz Spa standards. Room service was the worse. Timely delivery but the quality was below that of a 2 star restaurant
