Floors weren't very clean and the rooms show a lot of wear and tear. There's a lack of attention to detail, but again for around $110/night it's effective and comfortable enough.

Beds were comfortable enough and I slept like a rock. Location is pretty close to park entrance - 10-15 min. Hotel is bare bones but does the job for a low price. Balcony with a valley view is a nice bonus.

It's old and the styling and equipments are from the yesteryears.

The location is excellent. Right outside the entrance to the national park, and it has a breakfast cafe nextdoor. Plus, it's great value if you are spending little time in the room.

I was over charged for 2nd night that was added after initial reservation. Tried to contact via booking.com, hotel never responded. Had to call direct and because of that, he said I had to pay more for booking direct. I; originally booked king room and paid for it. The king room was awful…sub standard, carpet was wet (unclear why the carpet was wet), shower was in horrible shape, no carpet in living room, it was not the room as advertised! It was barely rentable. I Asked to be moved to a room that wasn’t wet. Owner put us in a room with double beds, no apology, no refund. Would not book here again and definitely won’t be giving them a positive review.

Close to the entrance to Sequoia NP, easy to find

Bed comfortable. Close to park entrance.

The room was literally filthy. Laters of dust on top of the cabinets. Big hole in the wall above the shower cubicle. Carpet ancient, filthy, worn out. Furniture old 1960's stuff never replaced or cleaned up. Electrical sockets in the wall broken to the point where the 2-pin plug just fell back out.

Location incredibly convenient to get into Sequoia NP

Quite dusty, rooms aren't cleaned very well, but hey, no worries for 1 night. It's best to have low expectations and then you get what you expect.

Easy to find and among the closest to park entrance. We were able to get there fairly early and buy the pass that day (valid 7 days). This hotel is quite basic but it works. I'd do it again, but it's not that clean and cozy little room you want to stay in for a while.

Air conditioning was OK but not great, room was tired, and the coffee percolator in my father in law's room didn't work. Shower control was a bit naff in our room too which made it difficult to turn the water on/off and control the temperature.

Location is excellent on the edge of the national park. The room was clean but tired! Very tired as was the exterior to the hotel.

Room. So dated. Must have last been updated in the 1980's. No hot water. To be fair this room was significantly cheaper than all others locally. Ok for a couple of nights if you don't expect much (including a hot shower).

Location. Fantastic. Right on the edge of the national park with mountain views. Three Rivers is a lovely quiet town. Comfy bed. Came with a fridge and microwave and Aircon.
