The bar and restaurant weren’t open during the day. I wanted to sit by the pool and have cocktails but isn’t a deal breaker, you can bring your own.

It was very nice and clean. Staff were very kind and went above and beyond. When you walk in it smells like a spa and is very peaceful & relaxing.

I was not expecting a lot, so was very pleasantly surprised by the facility. The staff members were uniformly pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I was staying a couple of days before a week-long cruise and after. I needed to unwind. I would happily stay there again.

I had a very nice room on the 1st level near the pool. The property is located within walking distance to the beach and loads of shops and restaurants.

In-room bathrooms are a little tired. Only real complaint are the beds…saggy and really uncomfortable.

I feel it was overpriced for the room. The AC unit was extremely loud and kept going on/off keeping us awake. Not to mention the additional charge for parking.

It's OK nothing really to complain about. The bar was excellent a little pricey. Drinks starting around $14

they just started construction the day we were checking out so it got noisy. i wish they gave more towels right off the bat. sometimes the staff was hard to find but they came back quickly

about a one walk block to the beach, great location. minimal room amenities but we weren't expecting them. very clean and responsive. the pool area was well kept. great ac.

The TV in the room hardly ever worked. Very frustrating. The room was basic but clean enough. The bathroom wasn't up to standard of cleanliness though. And there was no full-length mirror!

Very good location. Reasonably quiet. Only one pool was heated but it was fine. We were there on a few windy days so not conducive to lots of pool time. Lots of seating around the pools too.

The bar can be a little noisy when trying to go to sleep but turning on the AC/fan helps cover up the noise. The door to our room was very hard to open (gets stuck) and it opened to the outside which was unusual. There is also no dead bolt on the door so it didn't feel very secure.

The location is within walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants. There are several pools on site to either relax or party. One of the main pools is in the bar area (noisy) and the other is in a quieter location at the back of the property. The bar is located outdoors in the center of the property. It has a fun relaxing vibe with great drinks and food.

I didn’t expect anything fancy, so it was all good for me.

I did not have many expectations when I booked the property. I was looking for a place to lay my head after an 8-day cruise. I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was so accommodating. I got there early…about 9 am. My room was not ready (3 pm check-in). They held onto my luggage while I did some laptop work near the pool. I also had errands to run. When I returned a couple of hours later, my room was ready. They found me a room on the 1st level. I checked in…still before the official check in time…and slept soundly. My room was super clean and comfy. It was near the pool, but I didn’t hear much/any noise.

Door key card didn't work very well. Not much lighting. Remote worked sometimes. Very very cold with no heat. Text staff for solution to being cold such as more blankets or something. No response at all. Toilet ran all night. Flapper must leak

Lack of attention to detail. Had a kitchen with meager kitchen things … 1 pot. 1 skillet, not even a full set of silverware for 4 (sleeps 4), no sink stopper (no dishwasher which is ok with me) but no kitchen towels just paper towels. No salt and pepper or any staples.

Loved the staff, location, the entire community area was cool with great family owned facilities and restaurants.
