The conditioner container in the bathroom was empty.

The woman who checked me in was great. Very nice and very helpful. The room was great. Lots of room, very comfortable bed, nice and clean. And for our purposes the location was perfect.

Entranceway was extra bad. Long walk to front desk. Even then, once reached, had to go even more distance to access a ramp for our rolling luggage. One of us is slightly disabled so long walk was unexpected (from a Hilton) and I was mad by the time I reached the check in. Staff was friendly and pointed out an alternative elevator that dropped us closer to our car. This would not have helped with check in however. It also took a long time for the heat to work.

It’s getting very pricey — The cost has almost doubled in three years. Also, our room showed signs of upkeep neglect, like water damage and chipped paint all along the window sill. This did not in any way negatively affect our stay, but still . . . The restaurant is very nice for breakfast , but NOT speedy. I would MUCH prefer a fast continental breakfast option for guests on the run, as we were.

We basically love the place — the location and basic amenities are excellent, and the staff is absolutely wonderful . The bedding is also soooo comfortable and I want to adopt the shower heads! We return every Thanksgiving.

The restaurant needs work and it's way to expensive for the service. We waited almost an hour for our dinner and it cost almost 200.00

One staff member was a little grumpy. Issue with getting in our room, another staff member was helpful and indicated that we had to pull handle up to open the door!!!

Lighting in the bathroom was poor. There was no clock on the bedside table. There was a stain on the carpet near my bed. Most of the doors in and out of the facility were not automatic and they were very heavy! Parking was fine but getting from the entrance to the front desk with my luggage was tough and then up the stairs to the front desk...crazy!

The hotel lobby was very modern and inviting but parts of the hotel didn’t match. Maybe a few updates would help. I was a little annoyed to pay $10 to park. A hotel should supply parking.

Not much to offer on late arrival. A bar or some available simple food would be nice as everything closes early in town.

The hotel is nicely located in the main street and all pubs and restaurants are close. Rooms are huge, but everything a little out of date. The beds are very comfortable and the area quiet. Excellent parking option that was included.

It there were three steps as you go into the dining area I had to get someone help to get my rollator down the stairs.Saturday service was real slow. The bathroom sink was draining poorly,needs to be unclogged I tried to use the coffee pot but it was not working I plugged it in and the on button was red I only saw the housekeeper today The shower tile need new grouting They area was nice and guiet. The fridge kept everything cold.

rooms are not sound proof. quite a lot of hallway noise late at night from people coming in from bars and weddings.
