Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was spacious and clean. Pool areas were very nice….Pool drinks and service were great. I forgot to leave a tip for the room cleaner. I have been unsuccessful so far in getting info from the hotel on how to send the money (room 129).

Would be nice to have a bar in the lobby that’s open late or even the pool bar to be open later.

Wish there was a restaurant and bar on site and available all day. The pool bar was nice but it would be nice to be able to get food and drink at the hotel and not just at the beach or pool.

The bedroom was nicely decorated but some of the finishes were slightly tired and dated. Like the wallpaper in the bathrooms was coming off here and there. And the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close properly.
The property had a relaxing atmosphere when you entered the reception area. It’s nicely decorated

The crib and step missing for a toddler even though we aksed. They charged full resort fee for the beach and pool and they closed it for 4 out of 6 days.

Only dislike was that housekeeping never really clean your rooms, they make the bed, change your towels and go.
The location was brilliant! The pool area was nice and so was the private beach. The outdoor service was good too! Reception staff are friendly too!

We stayed from Christmas through NYE and with taxes and fees we ended up paying close to $1000/night on average. That felt a little bit steep, but our options were limited since we needed to be walking distance to family.
Location of this hotel was great, along with the pool and the excellent staff. The rooms are a little bit dated--ours had a view of the parking lot next door which wasn't a plus, but overall we had a good stay. And we were glad the suite gave us some more room.

their deposit policy...on check in hotel charged 500 USD as a deposit that you can't use nowhere...every order from the pool bar we had to pay immediately ...the next day without our permission they have charged other 267 USD.. when we asked them for explanation they said it's a sistem..Next day again 600 USD...then my husband went crazy and after his reaction they unblocked our money...but the thing is that it happened on weekend 1 day before New Year eve...Banks were closed...fortunately we had other money but this is the worst experience ever happened to us. Other thing is hotel is very old has to be renewed completely!

Not many facilities, no Bar after 7pm which is the pool bar, no where to eat past same time, however plenty option near by.. Pool wasn't cleaned in my four days there which was disappointing,, bed was broken and just lacked that attention to finer details,

They were under construction.
The pool staff were veyr kind and accommodating and made excelent cocktails. Stathis made our stay a lot of fun. The beach staff were also super friendly and overall the employees seemed to be really happy there which always makes the trip more pleasant.

The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was very hard and out dated, but other then that the room was amazing and great service.

Stayed in 2 bedroom and had difficulty getting our room to cool off in the evenings. Other than that no complaints.

Access to the room at 4pm is far too late.Breakfast started too late and with high cost of hotel should have been included.No twin beds in hotel.Pillows not the best.
The beach access was good the beach itself was beautiful.The attendants were great.Loved the decor and the gorgeous planting.

POOLSIDE WAS NICE WITH PLENTY OF AVAILABLE LOUNGERS BUT VERY SHADED WITH LOTS OF TREES BLOCKING THE SUN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICER IF IT HADNT BEEN THE CASE.
FOOD WAS EXCELLENT IF A LITTLE PRICEY, OUTSIDE AREAS WERE LOVELY AND WELL ARRANGED. STAFF VERY HELPFUL. LOCATION WAS GREAT, NEAR ENOUGH TO WALK TO ALL THE ACTION BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO NOT BE KEPT AWAKE BY IT. VERY COMFY BED AND PILLOWS.

the room had a weird layout and there were quite a few bugs including a big ole cockroach. also didn’t get coffee everyday with housekeeping which was a bummer.
