Location was perfect, bikes and hot tub were a fun bonus, and loved the history of the Inn and the cozy old world feel. Everyone who works there is lovely. The homemade muffins in the morning as part of their continental breakfast are not to missed! The breakfast room was also beautiful.

Very comfortable beds & pillows. Room very clean. Right on the beach. Oceanfront balcony. On 2nd floor, no elevator. Breakfast consisted of pastries, muffins (homemade), juices, fruit, coffee.

It’s a bit old, but still very clean.

It’s on the beach and 15 min walk from the city, location is perfect. Parking is included so no need to pay expensive parking like other people who come to the beach. Breakfast is really good, staff is very friendly.

The property is dated and lacks any option for a king/queen bed. It is quirky as well. If you want a cup of hot water, you have to get it before 9PM.

The location is fantastic as are the people who are on staff.

I would reserve an ocean view room if possible as the back facing rooms have no view. Lovely to have the slider and deck and chairs anyway.

It’s a lovely seaside place to stay! Our room was clean with comfy beds. It also overlooked the ocean (which was such a treat). The continental breakfast had everything needed with attentive staff.

Had a late flight, the customer service was great with getting me checked in late. The room was clean and comfortable. AC was nice and cold, shower water pressure was great.

It was uncomfortable when a gentleman affiliated with the Inn pursued our car in the parking lot, we had stayed two nights and had just went ahead and paid for a third. The stay was a medical celebration from Cancer. We had never seen anyone else being approached while we stayed there. The man explained he'd been gone two days, and was not aware of who was staying, he thought we were trying to avoid parking fees for the beach, which was pretty empty. I explained maybe next time he may want to look at his 21 room guest list and see if that license plate indeed belongs to his Inn. We did leave at that point never staying the third night after all.

Everything about the place was wonderful. I don't even think terrific would would describe it. The perfect location. Everything right there right at your doorstep. I would definitely recommend staying here. Just a little information. no coffee pot or microwave in the room, but there is plenty of resources downstairs on the first floor. It's nothing to slow you down or make you not want to stay so many things right there in Kennebunkport village to do. Your too busy looking around and admiring the beauty to care about a microwave. however, coffee is very important.

Nancy at the front desk was friendly and sweet, the home-cooked breakfast was lovely including the gorgeous and characterful breakfast room, we were right on Gooch's beach and also had access to a brand new hot tub!

Such a nice, comfortable, welcoming feel the minute we walked inside, loved the moments walk to the beach, the muffins were wonderful and there was good homemade oatmeal at breakfast, it was nice to sit on the main porch in a rocking chair to read or on our own room’s patio. Staff were all helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed exploring the wall of photos about the history of the buildings and family as well—they’ve been there fur several hundred years! All around great getaway weekend for us. Thank you.

You could hear noises from the corridors and from the room upstairs. The fans in the bathroom was also very loud
