Breakfast was way too expensive for the quality of the food we received. It was confusing as to which was the basic and which was the more expensive buffet. However, in my experience the price did not match the quality of the food or the selection of food available.

Staff was professional and helpful. The accommodations were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were both clean.

The room was quite small and the bathroom even smaller. Lovely and well appointed, but small. The bed was as hard as a rock, and both hubby and I woke up with a backache.

There is no onsite coffee bar and no place to grab a quick breakfast to go Wished there were more food options in general

Especially liked the onsite historian. He gives a grear in depth tour of the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The location is great. It is downtown and near downtown restaurants, distilleries and museums

Staff was not friendly. Housekeeping knocked on our door EVERY morning EARLY, The amenities of shower products were empty and never filled. The night Bartender definitely must hate his job. Room was supposed to have a giveaway bed. It was hid obviously in the storage room because we had tonrequest it and was told hopefully we have one left. Not sure what to do if we dont!!

I do the bathrooms had some type of fan that could be turned on. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows destroyed my neck.

Loved the setup of the rooms and accessibility to local venues/restaurants! The hotel bar was also beautiful! The staff was also super kind!

Room was small and dirty. Restaurant was dirty and staffed by incompetent, rude staff. Hallway was loud-we were awakened both nights. Housekeeping knocked on our door, even though we had a do not disturb sign out.

The air conditioner in the room was super loud every time it kicked on and when it stopped running it got pretty warm in the room. I’m not sure if our room was right next to an ice machine because i didn’t see one, but that’s what it sounded like at 7am.

The rooms view wasn’t great and it’s a small room with a large price tag. I’ll stay at a newer hotel next time to get more space.

Love the history here, that’d why we chose and were very happy we got to see the Rathskeller and learn about it from a local employee.

Hotel was beautiful. Grand staircase was stunning. Hotel was spotless and well maintained. Only complaint was windows in room were very very dirty. need to be cleaned.

I wish that room service had been available. My understanding is that it was cancelled due to COVID, but it would have helped when I was so exhausted that I just didn't want to go out to a restaurant and pick something up.

The location was in a very active part of the city and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. On the day I was leaving I went down to the lobby and asked the valets to call me a cab to the airport and instead one of them went and got an SUV and drove me there.

- facilities looked quite old and unfresh, not corresponding to 5 stars - there was no view from the window, looked to another building

- the receptionist was very kind and professional; - were given early check-in free of charge; - location is perfect, just in the heart of the downtown with a lot of restaurants and places of interest

Online help was very good, but online key did not work.(front desk said it only works 50% of the time) Valet parking was non-existent & parking garage (PARC)was difficult to navigate(through 2 gates, narrow ramp, no direct access to hotel, walk through dark non-monitored alley with panhandlers, parking gate was not functioning when we left. Had to call security to let me out. Room mattress was Okay. Small. View of dirty roof, but quiet. TV was placed the to side, Step up to bathroom.(This is a night-time fall waiting to happen), very loud AC(or some ventilation related machine) Room was down a dead-end hall & not marked well.

Fun for wedding reception. Great Rathskeller room and Ball room! Online and on site Staff were helpful. Hotel was dated & worn, but clean. Bed/Mattress was good.

Very busy location, no easy accessable parking unless you valet which is a little pricey, no fridge or microwave in room.
