My neighbors kept slamming their doors anytime they exited or entered their room. And were loud and boisterous.

Friendly staff, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

It feels very crowded in the hot tub and tiki hut all the time. It gets difficult to get drinks, and we could never use the jacuzzi.

In room dining service and food are very good, the rooms were properly cleaned and with the right amenities.

One issue we did have was on Friday night they had a big event and attendees were arriving as we were leaving to go to an appointment we had, meeting others at a restaurant. The valet parking was set up for two rows of cars at the event to move cars arriving for the event. They did get us our car but pulled in behind the line of cars waiting to be parked and we had to wait quite awhile to get out of the driveway. Finally one of the valets stopped cars from pulling up in one of the lines to let us out. It was quite frustrating. We ended up being late for our dinner appointment. Maybe they need to come up with a different parking scheme for those that are guests and are leaving the hotel during the event.

Staff is so courteous, friendly, and welcoming! The bellman greet you right away and helpful. They brought over a luggage rack and unloaded our luggage and placed it on the cart. Dylan is so cheerful and welcoming. He also remembered us from the prior visits! The Hotel is spacious and has a tremendous atmosphere about it. The rooms are always so clean and the view on our balcony was beautiful. Our waitress McKayla was really attentive and friendly. We will go back again and highly recommend this hotel

They have no room service and no one would answer phone at the restaurant. We had to go order in person and pick up in person. The small fridge had no freezer space and the ice machines are every other floor but none on the main floor where we were. High $40 to valet your car. The area is run down, so you worry about safety parking car, getting gas, etc. The Shores is high up on a sea wall, so you must go down to beach and sometimes water is right up to the wall. The one day it wasn't raining and we could use our lanai, the furniture was filthy from the storms.

They were able to check us in right away, which was nice. The double room had lots of space, huge closet, wonderful desk for work and makeup and an extra chair besides the outdoor space. Due to weather, we weren't able to use the outside space or use the fire bowls. The Spa there is amazing! The massages and facials, scrubs were great. I would just say they need a hot tub for multiple people to use after services.

Everything was good besides the bathroom. Outdated for the money that they charge, drain was plugged and water was building up in the tub. The bathroom fixture was leaking and later on we got a call to our room, that water is dripping in the room below us, due to the leak in the bathroom. This is not ok for hotel that is charging top dollar for a room.

Everything was excellent besides the bathroom in the room. Beautiful hotel, views, staff was amazing. Parking people were awesome.

The property appears dated. The rooms and lobby need an upgrade. The furniture is old and worn out. The mattress was too soft and the edges were broken down. I didn’t feel welcomed by the lobby staff when I arrived. There was no smile, no introduction. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. 

The balcony rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. The pool area is large and inviting, especially at night with the bonfires and the lighting.

Be aware if you have children bc there were adults doing adult intimate stuff in the pool, especially towards the evening after drinking all day. This happened both days, with multiple different couples around the pool. It's a beautiful hotel otherwise, just might want to keep an eye out and avoid the pool with your children in the evening.

It's a gorgeous hotel and a beautiful location, clean, smells great, no mold.

We had hoped we could just stay at the hotel for the 2 days. But if we did, we would have starved.

The restaurant was a major letdown. Breakfast and Dinner there really wasn't much.
