The bed was very uncomfortable and was almost like an air mattress. You couldn't lay on one side without it raising the opposite side.

The breakfast and location was good, a bit crowded, but still good. Front desk staff the ladies were wonderful. They helped with my accommodations as I had to keep changing it and was met with a smile and wonderful customer service.

Price could been a little cheaper since we did stay 3 nights. But overall it was a good trip for family and best friends. Would love to get some coupons or discounts in the future. Thanks. Keep up the great job. See you guys be back in Branson in few months

The bathrooms are too small,another breakfast area would be really great for busy times ,even when we were some of the first the busses of people were already there and it was hard to find sitting room wich is fine in the warm months because there is beautiful sitting areas outside but if it's cold and you don't want to eat in your room it's hard to get a seat.Hot tubs don't blow hard enough like they used to but are warm.Hit the hangers everytime to walk from the bathroom to the bed,small rooms.

Unfortunately the pillows were not comfortable, the square shape made comfort difficult.The only other thing was I would have preferred a waffle maker avail instead of those frozen from a box kind.

Guests in the room above ours were VERY noisy late into the night.

Our second stay at this hotel. Rooms are great, breakfast is excellent, pools were fun for the grandkids, and enjoyed the outside quiet areas to just sit read and relax.

Refrigerator not very cold, bit I didn't mention it. They'd probably have exchanged it if I had. ..coffee maker pouches difficult to open, and the filter is ripped when it is,, good thing is there is always coffee available in the lobby, or 6:30 am breakfast:-)

Great value, good location, friendly office, clean, love the king size bed. Glad to have the scrambled eggs again (instead of the fried)..Nice to have refrigerator and microwave:-)

The bathrooms were tiny. Hard to have room to change in there. Pool was small but the kids still enjoyed it.

We had a double queen room, and the way it was laid out, it seemed very small and not much room to move around in. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were very cheap. The refrigerator made noises the entire trip, but it was working and kept our items cold. We tried their breakfast on the last day before heading home. The food was decent, but the dining area is very small for the number of people they house. All things such as pool and breakfast are at the 2nd building, which requires a walk if you are in building 1 or 3.

The hotel was in a great location. We were only a few miles from the indoor Waterpark and all the main attractions we were seeing. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The clerk was friendly at check-in and answered all the questions I had. Pricing was excellent and had real value behind it. There was hardly any outside noise from neighbors, which always seems to be a typical hotel issue. Showers were hot, and the air/heat worked correctly.

Everything was fine. I would stay there again. I did have a problem with getting the room clean every other day. With the small trash cans, we had trash stacked up and had to wait to get it emptied. Not a pretty sight.

Everything went well. I could have used some bacon instead of the sausages because I don't eat that so I still had to purchase my breakfast. I think you should consider an array of meat for all meat lovers.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, a meat, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bread, and pancake or waffle for the toaster. There was also a canned fruit like pears or fruit cocktail. We actually didn’t even eat there the last day. The scrambled eggs were fine. The hash browns were awful. The second day they were tater tots and were not edible. The hot tub was nice but the lines at the edge of the stairs need to be repainted. When the bubbles are activated you can’t see the edge of the stairs and I almost fell.

The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The staff were all lovely. I appreciated the pool having towels available. The pool was a little chilly but overall fine. I liked having a hot tub to lounge in. The location was convenient. I liked that it is located near the main strip but not on it so it wasn’t bright or noisy at night.

The outside of the hotel was neat for our kids. They really enjoyed the pool and it was well kept. The rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety.
