The pool was closed down often and the rooms could use an update. And parking was horrible tight spaces.

I liked the facilities center and being able to go in and play games with each other. We liked the fact that everything was provided and we could ask for anything we needed and get it. We liked being able to cook in the suite.

The front desk people were kinda rude to myself when checking in, as well as the blinds in our room where really dusty, but those were such little things that it really didn't matter.

We loved the fact that there was a playground for my youngest child to play at during one on one time with my oldest to play mini golf. It was our best memory of our stay. We also enjoyed being Ble to eat outside on the balcony for every meal.

The indoor pool area it was a little warm in there. It just smelled of chlorine bad. They needed to open up some windows but it’s a big nice pool.

The property on site had an indoor pool tennis court volleyball mini golf, shuffleboard ping-pong so much to do the room itself is nice they’re like sweets like a little apartment has the dishwasher refrigerator, stove dishes bedroom, bathroom sofa bed the pillows were comfy and big on pillows bed was comfortable All around good experience especially for the price

They didn't have the room stocked with lines for the pullout. There were not enough towels. The toaster did not work. The cleanliness was subpar. Didn't look like someone had cleaned thoroughly.

Great space in the room. The room was a suite that had 2 bedrooms. Staff was prompt on a few requests. Staff were very pleasant and nice.

We had requested building with elevator access, but at check-in, they had assigned us to a building with stairs. Told them we had requested no stairs, but they blamed booking ap -- said they never told them. Told them this was medical issue; we were traveling with someone who was recovering from stroke and could not navigate flights of stairs. So we got a 2-bedroom (not Studio + 1 BR as reserved) in a building with slanting sidewalk and parking. No cart for luggage (which couldn't have been used on the step up to sidewalk anyway, but it was still difficult to enter -- was far from door and uneven so not good for balance especially in our circumstance. We had to make many trips to bring in luggage, food, etc. and many trips when we left. While we very much appreciated no stairs, the substituted accommodations came with its own set of difficulties. All this could have been avoided if the request had been honored to begin with or if it couldn't be, we should have been notified so we could make an informed decision. Refrigerator -- didn't close properly and we didn't know, so one night the fridge did not catch and door was open all night. so we had meat to spoil. We thought we had accidentally left door open, but then realized if you didn't firmly close the door until it caught, it would not catch and stay closed like normally works w/a fridge door. We had NO kitchen linens and phone did not work to request some. So the next day, we stopped by the office to request some; verified x2 what we needed (kitchen towels, dish cloths, potholders and dishwasher pods -- got back to room w/our sack and no dish cloths. It wasn't ideal, but we made do with extra hand towels from the bathroom. The shelves above the beds were very dusty; don't think they had been dusted in awhile and there was someone else's hair in the bathroom.

Beds were very comfortable. Very nice to have washer/dryer available. With the exceptions listed below, the unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Branson.

It’s an older resort so there could be some upgrades and better maintenance. Several loose tiles and the tub was stained.

So this property just got purchased by Hilton Vacation Clubs, so basically it is a timeshare. There was no pitch to buy a timeshare UNLESS you wanted some free or discounted show tickets. I sat through a 90 minute presentation to get free Dolly Stampede tickets. There really wasn't too much pressure to buy. I didn't and they gave me my tickets as I was leaving.

The place was very big and clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet. We were on the second floor. There was an elevator to bring up our belongings. The 1 bedroom units have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Even a stackable washer/dryer. HUGE walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The first room we had had multiple problems in the room so we had to pack all of our stuff up and move to a different room.

The main thing that was gross was the jetted bathtub area, it had several little hairs in and around the tub and some random floating things that came out of the jets. The other thing is the loose brown carpet all over the apartment. The soap and shampoos need to be replaced with better quality items.

The best thing and most important thing is that the bed was comfortable and felt clean. I like the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom villa. It has everything you could need. The porch is great and has good solid furniture.

Was supposed to be in jacuzzi room but didn’t get. Coffee pot didn’t work so they brought another. No dish washing liquid, one pack of coffee and no paper towels.

There was black dirt coming out of the tub jets and the couch was atrociously uncomfortable. A big part of why I chose this place was the game room. It was wicked cold and we thought we’d just stay in and play pool and shuffle board. But both tables were horrible. All 4 pool cues were warped. And there was only one adult pool cue. The felt on the pool table was ratty. And there was no sand in the shuffle board table.

The staff was really friendly. The room, with the exception of the tub jets, was clean. And everything we needed was available.
