Honestly I don’t have one bad thing to say about it.

My god this place is QUAINT. It’s so quiet compared to the mega resorts. The vibes and atmosphere are unmatched. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I was worried about the barking at a dog friendly hotel but the one time our neighbor’s dog barked for a while, we called the desk and they immediately took care of it. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Honolulu.

Floor in the room was dirty, furniture in the lobby partially worn out, tables not clean. Cocktail not worth the price.

The location was great and staff accommodated our request to have a quiet room. Luggage could be stored till we finally left in the afternoon. Great live music and filtered tap water for free. Coffee in the morning for free too.

The hotel is very cosy, surfer vibe, chilled out, center Pool, its a little oasis within the other big complexes around.

Location is good, room is cozy and the vibe is chill. Free parking is a credit. Excellent and pleasant customer service. ARVO coffee is great too.

The couch wasn't very comfy which was only an issue when sitting trying to work. No desk or small table inside to work from. There was a small one on the balcony but would be nice to have one inside. Also would have loved bathrobes.

Room was great: a bedroom and living area. The bathroom was roomy and shower was excellent. Spacious closet space.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a large lanai. The location of the hotel is accessible and centrally located, walking distance to several attractions. Great restaurant and bar at the hotel.

The only pool view room they can give me is a custom made for disable guests. I have a massive folding chair in my shower area, which does not feel easy when taking a shower.

Am so impressed by this truly a chilled vibes club with swimming pool and it caters people of all ages. Staff are so friendly, often greet you as you go out and come back. Every evening there is live music you can sit and relax by the pool or in your balcony! Again that very special and relaxed swimming pool can be used throughout the day and night. I grow to love this place. I will not change to any other big hotels even for the same price. Thanks to Surf Jack Hotel Swim Club and staff !

The Surfjack is my favorite hotel in Waikīkī, having a great location, free parking, comfortable rooms, live music in the evenings, and best of all a wonderful and friendly staff.

Bartenders could have been more friendly and took a long time to get drinks. There was only 1 guy that was friendly. Felt like being older, so I was the last to talk to and be served.

Hard floors in the room were really dirty. Asked for them to be mopped but still weren’t properly cleaned - walking barefoot in our room made our feet dirty. For kids the pool area was a bit dangerous. Even walking our child slipped multiple times as the polished concrete was extremely slippy when wet. I saw adults slip too.

Sand was at end of bed on first day and was still there when we left 7 days later. Bed was made up kind of funny. The sheets really didn't fit.

The staff is extremely nice and proactively offered us early check-in given our unexpected change of plan ( with room upgraded to 2 bed suites). The room is spacious and comfortable, and I highly recommend it to those who seeks a good value for money- good location, good design and sizable room.

Sad we only booked one night here!

Facility was charming with terrific onsite coffee cafe & pool & bar. Staff was super friendly & really helpful. Location was super central and yet also quiet at night - we had a great sleep on great beds & linens. The shower was really fabulous - great pressure, toiletries, very relaxing after such a long flight. The evening live music was terrific! Thanks everyone!

We loved the staff and their friendliness and helpfulness. The live entertainment at night was wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious. Accessibility to the beach and other areas were just what we had hoped for.
