Brilliant value for money. Good downtown location close to subway. They allowed an early check in which was immensely helpful. Good wifi. Friendly staff, clean room, would definitely stay again.

A very comfortable hotel in a superb area- Stone Street just behind it was brilliant for food and drink and could get to the subway easily. Really liked the large rooms which totally suited our needs, and staff were friendly.

some of the chairs in the breakfast room were entirely worn out, sitting not comfortable. The day we left happened to be a pre St Patrick's Day party in the neighborhood, which made the restrooms close and we were not able to use them prior our departure. That was very unfortunate.

I would have like to find a bottle of water in the fridge. Hotel like this should be provide it. Breakfast should have more options to Eat.

The facility is very elegant. Room completely clean. I appreted the heat botton in the bathroom, a comfort that not every hotel has.

The washbasin was broken on the inside so I needed to be very careful using it. I asked for a quiet bedroom but the one I got in the back of the building was really noisy until very late due to music on the street and also in the morning due to the cleaning services in the rooms around. There were no plugs near the bed but only an outdated connection to old iphones. Constructions in the exterior of the building were covering the windows.

The location. The room was big enough and comfortable with chairs and tables. The waffles' machine for breakfast. The staff was kind. It was possible to store my luggage on the checkout day.

Quite a lot of cockroaches, even one on my nightstand. The breakfast was a joke. We tried it once and then we went out for breakfast.

The sink was a little broken (some water was coming out of the faucet) but everything else was quite fine. The elevator was a bit slow. The breakfast was standard.

Quirky hotel in the heart of the financial district. I liked the "vintage" vibes of the place and thought it was nostalgic and provided for an overall quiet and relaxing experience. A bit spooky at times but in a good way.

Interior looks dated, but not really a big deal for me.

The staff at the reception area were so helpful and accommodating. Really appreciate that they found a way to accommodate my request for an early check-in (3 hours early!) and when i was leaving early morning, they also booked a taxi for me online. Room was also clean and actually bigger than expected.

Could not make the heating go lower than 67°. Some of the cutlery left out for breakfast was not washed properly. The hotel is in need of some redecoration.
