Upgrade the rooms a little. Clean the shared Microwave that sits next to the ice machine.

The location was great. Close to the pier. The mattress was very comfy. Right across the street from 7-11, Great to grab late night snacks & drinks. Parking was safe and I felt my car was safe in it.

Sound insulation in the rooms is poor, can hear conversations in other rooms if people are loud.

Location and parking were amazing, the room itself was great with a good size TV, and shower was powerful and hot.

They shower wasn't high pressure but still love the place and wouldn't mind going back again.

I did love the location of the area and love that they did have a place for your vehicle and was protected. I didn't have to worry about my vehicle getting damage or items stolen. Place was great thou.

As above, the heating system required help and negotiating with staff - but this depends on individual needs obviously.

The location was excellent and therefore very convenient for visitors to San Francisco. Public transport was easily available including cable car and City Tour buses. The heating system was rather odd - centrally controlled - so it was either 'On' or 'Off'. The staff were very understanding and accepted our needs. The room was rather small, but clean generally, with clean bedding. Fridge and coffee/tea making available - and shower/ toilet arrangements clean and adequate.

At night there were homeless people outside fighting and smashing windows. It sounded like alot of cars were getting broken into from unsecured parking lots.

Location was perfect to make everything walkable. Nice clean room. Close to cruise port by 10 min. Very safe and walkable during the day. Unfortunately unable to sleep from constant fighting on streets and windows being broken. Sadly san francisco is not what it used to be. Hotel cannot be blamed for the homeless on streets but after dark it sounded like it was very dangerous outside. So much so that I thought someone would break into our hotel. Constant noise from midnight until 4am.

While the room was nicely remodeled, the corridor and common areas were old and dated.

Couldn't get connecting rooms due to some rectification works done. Rooms could be a little bit bigger for 4 pax.

Location is smack dab at the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. I left my young adult & teenage children on their own to explore the attractions in the area while I attended a conference at Moscone Centre. 7_Eleven right in front of the store is a lifesaver. A Halal Chicken outlet next to 7E was also a welcome surprise. Staff on duty was super helpful especially at 4 am on check out day when we had to take a cab to Oakland Airport due to the rental car being full of luggage.

Amazing location could explore the local area we walked everywhere including down to GG bridge and to Chinatwon, the amzing fisherman's wharf was accross the street food was delicious everywhere we went!

Weird that microwave was out in hallway for all to use and never enough coffee in room for a couple.

The room's interior was a little outdated and the walls to the next rooms were very thin, we were able to hear the neighbor's conversations, coughing, and someone playing the harmonica.

Check-in was easy and the service was very friendly. The location was central to most interesting at Fishermans Wharf. Even though our room was very outdated, it was clean. Bathroom and shower were clean and the water was hot, fantastic for a nice shower after a long day exploring the city. Sufficient and safe parking area. The bed was very comfortable.

Lift was broke on arrival and no one could help us carry our cases up all the stairs. Also no kettle in the room so no tea. Lift was fixed next day though.

I paid for my room ahead of time and was asked for a deposit when arriving. It was refunded to me at check out but I had not expected to pay an additional $150 since my room was already paid for.

Sketchy part of town at night. Cannot go walking as there are scary people on the street corner doing shady deals. The elevator broke, meaning we had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs. The front desk staff stood at the bottom of the stairs, telling us we were doing a good job. Very condescending!!

Although the location is great, Seems the specific street is a fun place for the homeless to hang out but that’s not the hotels fault.

Was a great location to all the amazing features of fisherman’s wharf and the hop on bus tour. The staff were awesome at accomodating our requests

a lot of noice from the street till late hotel needs some upgrades, everything was very dated.
