I had room above ventilation from nearby restaurant. Due to smell I could not ventilate through window. But AC was perfect, could substitute my needs.

The bed sheets were only changed towards the end of the stay and the floor in the room wasn't swept when the room waa made up but these are small things to be honest

Almost everything about the stay / room was great - pub and chinese on site that were lovely - had access to the observation lounge with free cereal, cakes, soft drinks.

In a really congested area of town unfortunately so for someone who doesn’t know Philly well and doesn’t do well in big cities it can be stressful.

The staff were absolutely amazing the hotel room was the best I’ve ever been in by far. The pricing was excellent.

Love the accomodations. The room and bathroom were well appointed. Access to amenities were excellent. I only wished they had complimentary parking if you were staying at the hotel.

Bath plug had been permanently removed so was not able to use as bath. TV did not work initially, but maintenance guy resolved this. Phone in room did not work. Maintenance could not resolve this. There had been a leak in the corridor on our floor and dehumidifiers were very noisy.

Good location. Welcoming, efficient booking in experience. Kitchen was a bonus. Beds very comfortable. Clean. Huge room and bathroom.

Everything was great.

Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was clean, too. They provided free coffee and tea. Fridge was very useful to have. Great view. Pub and restaurant great to have. I can only recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great time in Philly.

The location was perfect next to many museums. The suite was spacious with lots of cloaets for storage.

One of the worst bed we ever slept on, mattress was sinking and boxspring was broken/collapse. Needed more kitchenware, hard to cook with what is provided. Overall, place need an update (the place look more luxurious on the pictures than the current state of the hotel). Walls are definitely not soundproof. Hairdryer was not working. Supposed to be a non-smoking building, but someone was smoking on our floor, and they changed us room instead of finding who was smoking....

The location was incredible, you can walk anywhere. The gym was nice. The room was spacious. Huge bonus to have a kitchen.

It seemed that most people assigned to same level, so there were many loud noises even late at night, and I didn't see any notice in advance that the outdoor pool is closed.

Location was perfect. We could access many locations by walk and passed by sightseeing spots back and forth.

The rooms and common areas could be cleaner. We stayed in the skyline suite and expected exceptional accommodations. Room and bathroom were dusty. Looked minimally cleaned. No indication that the glassware was clean.

The bathroom was not as pictured online and it took a long time for the water to get warm; the shower did not stay hot for very long.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the attached restaurants were a great spot for any meal.

there was coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning only until a certain time; it would have been nice if it was available all day.

the room and location were comfortable and convenient; located right in the museum district. plenty of Philadelphia history within reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. they have dog treats in the lobby for your pet.

The property was a little dated. The bath tub was peeling. The controls for hot & cold water for the shower were a little confusing.

The property is very clean. The property is close to a lot of activities and other places to eat.
