How close it was to the beach and the staff was attentive

The place was not very clean — the bathroom was dirty, and the dishes were dirty too. There was no dryer — which is fine — but there was absolutely nowhere to dry swimsuits and towels! One of the air conditioners wasn’t working, the coffee machine wouldn’t turn on, and the ceiling fan worked but made such a horrible noise that it was impossible to use.

When we got there, we realized the door to enter is through a gate to the side. That should be part of the check in instructions as it was pouring rain and I had no clue what door to use. The bathroom had a musty, like stale cigarette smell to it. With a bit of TLC and maintenance this place could be a 10/10. The curtains were torn, there were loose tiles on the floor, paint chips on the wall, the sliding bathroom door was a bit loose and you had to be really careful opening it. These are small things but could easily be fixed and make this such a great place.

Such a great location! It was about a 9-12 minute drive from all the major stuff including the beach. We stayed in the "Starfish" and it was so spacious. Well equipped with plates and everything in the kitchen, with a full fridge. The beds were big and comfortable. Nice place to stay for a great price.

There were a couple issues that we had when we arrived but we did end up letting staff know and they took care of it after our stay.

Great location it wasn’t a far drive at all to the beach and if you wanted to walk to little stores at the end of the road you could! Each tiny home was different and had something different to offer outside, we did have a grill at ours which was great because we had steaks. There is a clubhouse area for all of the homes where everyone can hang out with a fire pit and big screen tv and a bar/food area setup you just take your own stuff. There was games as well to play. Also I absolutely loved that they had chairs and an umbrella that we could rent to use at the beach and it was a very fair price for the wknd!

The sheets didn't smell as if they'd been freshly washed. The ceiling in the entryway was covered in cobwebs. The air conditioning filter was incredibly dirty. It's unfortunate because the concept is very nice, but they should be more clean since the place is small and dusty.

The toilet wouldn't fill up the first night, and my daughter has chrons, so I had to fill the tank manually.

We loved this tiny home and the privacy compared to a hotel. It made for a very peaceful stay.The beach, stores, and some restaurants were within walking distance.

The only negative thing was the smell. It had a funky smell mixed with the plugins. I couldn't tell if it was the house being on the beach or what... it was manageable to stay for one night but I don't know if I could do more than one night.

The location was great. It was about 7 mins drive to Siesta Key beach. The tiny house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The description said that there was a washing machine and a dryer available but the washing machine had a sign saying "do not use" so we could not use it. There was also a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms that did not work. Some tiles of the floor were loose as well as the stairs to get into the house.

I didn’t like the ladder to get to the bed specially if we out drinking and I didn’t like how tiny the trash can was for how long my stay was i also didn’t like that i pay a cleaning fee and still have to clean? Why did i have to take the trash out

when I arrived the side door blinds were broken, then in the other entrance there was no curtain so people could see in. then in the bathroom the I went to hang my towel and one side of the towel rack fell down , then in the shower the knob fell off in my hand. just needs a couple minor fixes otherwise I loved the place

The only bad thing is the bathroom floor by the tub seems like it’s going to cave in any second definitely water damage so I tried to never step near it.

It’s definitely tight quarters but pretty comfortable beds. It had everything we needed,it was well stocked and mostly what we expected just a little more banged up than the pictures online.

Cute house, amenities were just fine. However the cleaning people wee there @ 330 still. Fine, no big deal, however the cleaning people also arrived @ 930 am when I was just out the shower. Not cool. 30 mins early & didn’t knock. The door just flung open & I was naked. Heads up would be nice, knocking & @ 10 or after !!!
