Street noise

Pleasant and staff were great. Very noise by street but still good.

Located right between the river and the street, sadly the windows are not really helping with the noise. Breakfast is included but mostly packaged stuff.

Great style, lots of free stuff like bikes and kajaks. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Breakfast starts late at 8:30am. Not suitable for early risers that need their morning coffee. The breakfast options were very limited.

It sits very close to the busy road to Ft Myers Beach, Road noise on the end units was pretty and started very early.

It was clean and decorated nicely. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature.

The electronic door was constantly giving us problems and at one point my son (17yo) couldn’t get out from the inside and it took me 10 min to open it from the outside to get him out.

Small and quaint with lovely outside sitting areas. Only stayed for an overnight pit stop but loved having the bar/restaurant right next door and did some quick fishing off back canals. Breakfast was a plus as well!

Some of the area is still devastated by the hurricane. However, this hotel is welcoming and nice. Also it seems many restaurants are open and there are lots of people enjoying themselves

Having bikes at this location was great. We took an easy ride to the beach which was beautiful. We would have liked to stay another night to use the kayaks!

We had to move 3 times. First room the ac unit broke and water was on the floor. The 2nd room the lock system broke and couldn't get in the room. They moved us to the boat house which was great but the 2nd night there the power went out and water pipe broke so we had to move again. The staff was very nice but after moving our stuff 3 times got a little annoying. I asked for some rebate not a lot maybe reimburse me a night. She said she would talk to the manager however I haven't seen anything. I have stayed at this place 3 times and have enjoyed it however a little compensation on this last trip would be nice

Authum were very friendly at first we did not like the room , but she was able to fit us in a better room. Breakfast would have been better with some eggs. Overall the receptionist did an amazing job making us comfortable. The building and surrounding were very clean. We loved the view at the office so homely.

My biggest complaint was the blowdryer. At first I thought it was a joke. The blow dryer they provided was simply a toy fan. I have stayed in many places and that was a first. When I asked the attendant for a different blow dryer she simply agreed the blowdryer was useless and no they did not have another option. She tried to make me feel better by saying my hair looked great, as I stood there with wet hair and no other options. The breakfast was only snack food (packaged muffins, individual box cereal, yogurt, pudding, cottage cheese, boxed OJ, coffee and hot tea, oranges and bannanas) The Resort is on a busy road and you can hear the cars go by. I don't mind the hum of the cars but others might want to be aware. The noise of the cars is out of the Resorts control.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor seating area and kayaks/paddleboards. They also had bikes to use but we did not need to use them, but nice option. Breakfast snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. The beach was only 2 miles away and there was beach access right when we reached the beach. Although there is still obvious damage from hurricane IAN, we found food trucks and live music.

No shower bar or soap dish

Much better second night as we had a different room w/o plastic on the mattress. We got to enjoy the breakfast that morning and it was very good.
