This place would really benefit from 2 extra door mats at the entrance of the apartment and another at the bottom of the stairs.

It's a great price, the reclining chair was a cool surprise. And the area was close enough to essential stores like Dunkin, grocery stores, and more.

Cleaness can be better. I had to clean mutiple time the bathroom. The last night we was there people fight in the below us and lastest all night.

They had a great kitchen space and the decor was pretty nice.

I liked everything about it. I felt very safe and the house was very bright and clean.It was so peaceful. I didn't hear anyone in the house. I think I was the only person there. The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. I will return for another sleepover in the near future. The property owner communicated very effectively with me. She allowed me to park my car in the driveway. I had a great experience.

The one bathroom for 4 rooms. No mirror in the room The shower curtain was dirty.

When I arrived the sink was full of dirty dishes and fruit flies were flying all over the kitchen. I had to clean the kitchen before I could cook. The bathrooms were filthy and wrecked of urine. There were urine stained on the toilet seat, I had to clean the bathroom also (the property manager cleaned the other one). No TV remote and I believe that I saw what appeared to be some type of rodent run across the kitchen floor when I first arrived. Bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I stayed because I had nowhere else to go. Asking for a full refund.

The owner was very understanding when I called her to tell her about the conditions of the place when I arrived. She apologized and said that she would stop by but she never did, however; she sent the property manager over to clean.

Property should not be listed as having guaranteed parking. There is one alley for parking that could fit a few cars, but only the outermost car can come and go freely, and there are at least 5 rooms being rented at this property. When I arrived, the lane was full, so the host instructed me to park on the street blocking the lane. I was later woken up around 1:30am because one of the guests had to move their car. We had to move all the cars around and I ended up further back. Then when I went to check out around 9, I was blocked off. I called the host and she gave me the room of who she thought was blocking me... I had to knock on their door to wake them up, but turns out that was the wrong person. He sent me to a different room, which was also incorrect... I ended up knocking on I think every door at the property but couldn't find the right person, either I missed a door somehow or someone was lying to me. The host ended up reviewing the camera footage, figuring out who the right person was, and calling them. The whole process probably took 40 minutes and I think I made a lot of people pretty angry by waking them up. The host told me that I should've parked on the street if I had an early check out.... 9am is not early, it's within the listed check out window, and there was no street parking available on the entire block.

Host was very receptive, always answered phone calls at any time night or day. Check in was easy. Room was clean, basic bathroom stuff provided. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked nice. Wifi worked well

Through night up to 1am, stomping & running upstairs. Earlier, heard loud music from 2 rooms away. Trash outside on streets and feel unsafe.

The property owner could have been more reasonable with the refund makes no sense to not want to refund someone their money back. God don’t like ugly
