On site food offering was moderate . Outdoor restaurant was lovely but very expensive & rather limited in choice . No drawers or wardrobe space in Room so hard to cope on a 9 days stay ! Room Service wasn’t really an option & no table or chair in the room - just a stool !

Room was very very small. No fridge, limited food options. Having said that we were only there 3 nights, lots of restaurants close by to eat at.

Location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to Hollywood Boulevard, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. After a long flight from Australia our room was ready. The lovely man at reception gave us a room away from any music etc. Bed comfy. Room was very clean. It was overall a comfortable stay.

Location is excellent as it's close to the Hollywood Palladium and easily walkable to / from the venue. Staff at check in was very helpful and attentive (looking at you, Christopher). Nicely appointed room, perfect for a short stay.

there was a surprise USD $35 charge a day, $30 redeemable per day at the Cafe or restaurant which were both very expensive. If you didn't use it each day you lost it and it didn't roll over.

I like this hotel. The lobby has a very nice vibe and the restaurant is very good. The staff could be more friendly. Front desk and the guys that manage the lobby restaurant seem disinterested. The free coffee & tea is good quality. The rooms are cute & rooftop views are nice.

I was on the 5th floor and the night I arrived I wanted to get an earlier night and loud music came from the club on the roof. Ear plugs didn't block it, it ended around 1 - 2 am. It wasn't a massive deal for me, but just something you need to be aware of if you want to sleep early or are a light sleeper. It is a party hotel.

This is such a cool hotel - the rooftop bar and pool are really fun and have a western theme. There's a trendy space downstairs for coworking or having a coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the location was fantastic. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking solo around the area at night.

There was loud music at night which ended at midnight during our stay. They do highlight this when checking in, but no issues for us as we slept after the music stopped. Location requires a little walking to get to the main area of hollywood walk of fame. Staff did not clean our room even though we left at 10am and came back at 5pm, despite not putting any DND sign.

Free credits daily to grab some food, in compensation for resort fee. Room was spacious and clean when checking in. Overall a pleasant experience despite the dislikes, as they were minor.

Doormen were rude, acted as if they were working some exclusive club which was just comical since no one was there. Restaurants were beautiful but hours and menus were not convenient or appealing. Expanding both would be helpful. The Room was hard, not comforting. Hate a barn door on a bathroom as there is zero privacy from sights, sounds, smells. Also doesn't trap air in the room which creates a very cold atmosphere. It's really a stupid concept and all hotels need to stop it. No closet area to hang anything, also a stupid idea, especially when we were all in town for a wedding. We made it work for 2 nights but anything more would not have been comfortable. Somewhat convenient location for walking but not quite as convenient as we had imagined. Ubers were quick to arrive though. Met our needs but I would try something else next time.

The hotel was overall very quiet, pretty and clean. Nice view from the rooftop. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Happy hour was a nice treat. Room met our needs for a quick two night stay. Thankful for the terrace in our room, as it provided a little get away while the other was getting ready.

Went on a weekday and was unable to visit the restaurant or rooftop bar since they opened late and only open at night. The valet was expensive and they charge a $30 destination fee.

The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. The proximity to bars, restaurants and nightlife is good.

It was not possibile to open the window to refresh the room. Also, as the bathroom was very big, I think some od the space could have been used to accomodate a small wardrobe in the room.

There seems to be some difficulty separating the night club patrons from hotel guests. I would suggest requiring guests to present their key cards to enter during club hours.

Surprised with additional resort fee but appears to be applied at other hotels in the area too. Average guest services considering overall price. Room was nice but housekeeping only attended once in 5 nights.

Location was easy to get around. Many restaurants which were great for dinner but Hollywood is a bit rough. Loved the evening mixers, beautiful lobby and rooftop bar. We really enjoyed line dancing!

Honestly nothing they were transferring over to a Marriott hotel from Hyatt’s so a few things were closed the day we checked but it was all and all great

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were beyond helpful and very pleasant, location was great we had a concert at the Hollywood bowl and were able to walk there. I would definitely stay here again
