Loud creaking noises when there was movement on the floor above. I stayed in Room 207, which wasn't as nice as Room 237 from my visit a week prior.

The location was excellent and easy to access public transport. The lodge needs a little TLC and perhaps some upgrades but my room was more than adequate and quite large as well.

Easy walk down to one end of Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard Crooked Street. Few coffee shops nearby, great little pizza stop , Chico’s also.

There wasn’t a restaurant with the property although there is plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. No fridge, microwave or Kettle with the room. The decor is a little dated but not too bad.

Great location for taking in the sights of San Francisco. Large room size and was fairly quiet at night. There is plenty of clothes storage and the use of an iron and safe. It worked for the short stay i was there. There was free suitcase storage after check out and Free wifi.

The location was bad had to park inside a gate outside of the of it was homeless,drug dealers users scared to get out of my car. Then. They had a nervous tell us where to move our car out of the gate before we went to bed. F

The location wasn't that desirable, $25 a night for parking and no breakfast as posted online.

First room they gave us had a musty smell to it which was a king bed and no fridge. The room they gave us was 2 double beds but was told it was a $10 upgrade but they were nice enough to wave it. Then when inquired about breakfast we were told they didn't serve breakfast even though the website said it did.

Excellent location!! Close to most attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and large. Even though it was on a busy street, was surprisingly quiet at night. Would stay there again if visiting San Francisco.

Carpet studding bar was coming through near the bathroom so had to do a little hop over so I didn’t get the spiky metal bits on my feet

Staff were all so great, friendly, helpfull, efficient, Fatima even lent us an umbrella cause it might rain. Rooms are decent, had pretty much what we needed. Clean. Cleaned everyday. Had places to eat nearby and is near Fisherman’s Wharf Free luggage storage before and after checking in Seperate bathroom and toilet which is convenient Pleasant neighborhood compared to other parts of the city - seemed pretty safe We had a pleasant stay

Parking is already hard enough in the city and there was a parking charge per night.

It was just as described. It is an older property, so rooms are older as well, but was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The location was good. Parking on property. Some coffee and food locations right next door came in handy.

The location is absolutely perfect. On walking distance from fisherman’s warf, pier 39, cable car. Excellent restaurants nearby.
