The shower was clogged it was half full before the water got hot. The curtains do not completely block the window so the neighboring houses outside our window could see in. There not enough towels. When we went down to ask for more the front desk lady was sleeping so hard that us talking to her did not wake her up. One of The elevators also had a brace handle hanging off the wall and not secured. This definitely didn’t feel like it would hold someone up.

It was easy to find. It was clean. The ice machine worked well.

the physical facility is very dated, and it does show a lot when you look at some of the furnitures and other decors.

i liked that the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and that they were able to accommodate to my request of an early check in. i also liked that the beds and sheets were always clean, housekeeping was very good at cleaning and stocking the rooms with amenities. the actual room was very clean, its just that it gives off other feelings because of the outdated decor. also, the property offers a grab-and-go continental-style breakfast, and were very generous with the included goods inside the breakfast, so that was very much appreciated! there is always grab and go coffee, tea, and ice water in the lobby as well! you could tell that the property managers/owners/staff really take pride in their job with providing a comfortable experience for the guests, and i wish they were equipped with a more modern facility to attract more clients.

The walls were very thin. We could hear people all around us and had to unfortunately complain because next door they were partying till 3 AM and we had a hard time sleeping.

Music in the lobby was loud and annoying. My room didnt have hot water for my stay in the bathroom sink. And only on the last day did i have hot water in tge shower.

Bed was comfy lots of pillows. Air quality decent. Grab and go breakfast was decent. Apple or orange. Granola bar, pastery, yogurt hb eggs and water.

Parking was no bueno. There was someone that had been staying there cleaning out their car and taking up 3 spaces. The shower was meh on pressure, and was enclosed, and made it so if you didn't want to get your hair wet it would be impossible. The supplies provided inside the shower were empty (we brought our own so that's fine)

You can't get a better location, with the views of the Space Needle right outside. The Check-in process was super simple, and there was free coffee and ice water immediately available at all times of the day. We saw (but didn't use the gym) and were given plenty of towels. Staff was fine and the room was pretty big and the wifi was really strong. Can't emphasize the location being so good. Walking distance to Space Needle Center in addition to being able to go and see the Kraken play hockey.

The hotel is in dire need of repairs/refurbishment. In our bathroom there was multiple staples in the wall to hold the wallpaper back together. Also the water did not get hot and was always warm. On the last day there was NO HOT WATER! I went to reception to ask to have this fixed a worker came and said it would be fine and still remained cold.

The beds were really comfy and the hotel was in such a good location. Near to all the big landmarks.

Most of the ice machines didn't work and you had to go to the lobby where they had two counter top ice makers. Each basically filled up one ice bucket.

Location was excellent they had plenty of parking (you had to pay for it, but in Seattle, $15 a day was a great price)
