The use of the extraordinarily strong chemicals in cleaning the room. The smell of the room reeks of unbearable chemical odor which is hazardous to the health of seniors especially those with COPD.

Neat and tidy. The front desk staff, John, is always very nice and helpful. He is very accommodating.

It's very clean and comfy kinda hotel. The cleaning lady's are very nice and fun to talk to I like that they help you when you need more time to pay or your not home at the moment to pay. Front desk people are very nice and helpful and very respectful to others.

There was a drugged out zombie that was in the laundry which made me cautious to let my children outside alone. A couple had a giant argument upstairs and they smashed a window which made guests run out of their room to see what the commotion was about. This also made me cautious of some of the occupants at the hotel.

Centrally located & perfect for our family of 3. Affordable with helpful and friendly staff. The spa was perfect recovery from a LONG day at Disneyland.

There was a Noise coming from the wall or Refrigerator like a chewing sound that went on most of the night. I have to put tissue in my ears to sleep. That was room 230.

The location is the only downfall for me; however, I would stay at this place again because the staff was very good! If you want something simple and inexpensive, this your place!

This is a nice place. What you pay, you get. The room was nice, the two gentlemen checking in and checking out were very cordial - and fast! It is a nice, simple place which is exactly what I was looking for. TV was huge!

Do not use the hotel washing machine does not work properly we put our money but it didn't work. Also Wifi and Tv didn't work.

Couldn’t get wifi to work. The check in at location was done from a window outside. This didn’t help people who wanted to ask a quick question. You were locked out of coming inside. No information on wifi or services given at time of check in.

The communication with the maids was tough but it was enough to get thru ,no worries 😟 the carpets need some steam cleaning ,a bit dirty Sox after the day of just Sox on , good job travellodge #8 being overall my estimating the stay . 👍 CARL J.
