I was very disappointed with the fact that we had no wifi the whole 5 days we were there. Was not told at check in. I was told later the first night when I went to the front desk to ask about the wifi. All I was told was that it was down. No explanation. Very disappointed. Should have been compensated for the inconvenience.

The beds were very comfortable. It was over all quiet where the room was located

The water was not hot enough. The carpet was fithy , it smells awful in the hallway and in the room. And a lot of other things need replacing

Homeless people tend to wander on to the property after dark but they have a security guard on site which makes it a litter better I guess. Just a bit awkward when I’m going to do laundry and there’s a homeless man sleeping on the folding table.

Staff is amazing here. Everyone is so incredibly sweet and accommodating. Way better customer service here than when it was a travelodge. I know I’ll be back again.

What we didn’t really care for were the homeless people hanging out by the pool at night or sleeping underneath the stairs.

We liked how our room was in a separate building in the back by the pool and the guest laundry room was easy to locate

The room was very old looking and a bit dirty all round. The wifi connection was not working for the whole time we were there.

The Hotel was in a good place. It was easy for getting transport. The booking in was easy and stafff helpful when asked questions.

The carpet in my room was either not vacuumed or is very old. My feed got dirty from walking on it. The door was not closing 100% and the card stopped working after day one not allowing me to enter the room.

The one thing of which I should not exactly be very fond is something that actually struck me rather aggressively the first time around and would keep on doing so, albeit to a seemingly lesser extent, the following ones; I am referring to a fairly unpleasant smell or odor. I think that it was a smell of mold, coming out of the walls or the aeration system.

Well, for one night and for the purpose of my current journey, this hotel and my room were all right. I was especially pleased to be on ground floor instead of on the second one. Also, the place was quite easy to find.

There was 2 cockroaches. I saw in my room the wrong. but I was in a wing where the outside dfirst were abouthirty 540 feet from my room, and those rooms have a lot more cockroaches being brought in by animals, clothes or in some cases. They try to keep it in under a control. And if you do complain, they will come down and use the powder, so they don't get toxicity and put it in areas that they cannot access. But the cockroaches will be there. Also astronaut smoking rooms. That's helping a lot. I usually get not smoking with 2 Queen size beds. B****. So I helped him out a little bit I killed him 2 Cockroaches. But I was pleased with everything else. Friendliness of the staff and they have some time. I have to deal with difficult issues with the 100 deposit fee. And people don't have it and they're trying to find money and they can't get Roman till they put that feet down. It was the same way when it was the travel lodge before the hurricane and through the hurricane. They did suffer some damage, but it was quickly remedied. . when it was to travel lodge, my friend was helping them with maintenance. and. and he fixed a whole wall by the pool area that people were sitting on and it was showing signs of collapse. He did such a good job on that. That walled survived a category 5 plus hurricane hitting directly in North Portland. About 8 miles away like . The travel lodge was always having ski issues affecting certain people's cards. And it got to be well-known in the area that it was an inside job. But I didn't know where it was coming from. And I couldn't tell you that. But that was the reason why it is now. The load way sold to that confirm from that firm or however it works. There was always the best hotel for me to stay at I did try the Howard Johnson's which is across the street very short walk, and you're tperiod.

The bed had a firmy address with the comfort underlay. The bed had on the right. I type of blanket for the heat or cold in florida not in Florida Southwest area we are in a tropical climate here. Air conditioner work great in the morning. You might have to add a little heat to the room because it gets chilly and that at the dawn but warms up as the day goes on to sometimes hot temperatures I'm humid too.

The morning of check out the girl from front us came to tell the check out time. We shortly went to check out, and the girl had a whole attitude, asking if there was a dog cause she seen one. But if you seen a dog why can't you describe it and then refuse to just check us out had another employee do it and said she hates when people lie but she lied about seeing a dog

The towels were not clean. The microwave and phone to the room did not work. The shower would go from hot to cold while you were in it!

I didn’t care for the carpet it was sticky I also would have preferred the sheets to smell like they have been washed. Every time I stay at this location the Front desk agent Stephanie is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. So it was 4:20 am when I was awoken to the police banging on my room door when I opened the police officer stated that the front desk has called for me to leave due to the constant noise disturbance but that was false I explained to the officer that I have not heard any noise disturbance since I arrived the officer stated that the Stephanie wants me to check out I told the officer I WAS NOT checking out because i have been sleeping since I arrived I am NOT the guest making the noise. Officer apologized and told me to have a good night. But I was not surprised EVERY single Time I stay there Stephanie always gives me a hard time.She must be holding some animosity against me since I work at that very same property almost ten years ago but I never had a problem with the girl so I don’t understand why she needs to create an issue at all.

The beds were comfy and all of the staff was nice and helpful EXCEPT FOR STEPHENIE.

Outside access door were not locked all night. Fan in bathroom did not work. Walls and carpet seemed grungy. It needed a good paint job. Breakfast did NOT EXIST. I would pay extra somewhere else. Needs total makeover.
