Door latch didn't work properly. Faucet in tub dripped relentlessly. Both were reported on day one of my 3 day stay. Nothing was done about either by the time I checked out

Location. Even though I no longer have a pet, I love that it is pet friendly.

What can you really say? If you are thinking about staying here you ain’t got enough to stay anywhere else. Poor people like us don’t get options or options.

First room smelled odd, had a blood stain? Of some sort and we were moved but both rooms sheets and blankets were unnerving and stained.

Front desk assistant was extremely helpful and kind.

The furniture was in bad shape and dirty. The chairs were stained. The walls were beat up and had holes. The window didn't lock. The carpet was dirty. They no longer serve breakfast even though they advertise it. There were no towels in the room or an ice bucket.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The desk clerk tracked down towels and ice bucket, none of which were in the room.

Room really needed painting. Bathroom fan needed straightening. It wasn’t on straight. My room key card never worked. Everytime I had to go back down to desk and have it reset.

Staff friendly. Easy parking. Restaurant next door.

Air conditioner was noisy and kept us awake. Phone did not work. Blow dryer did not work. Toilet overflowed twice.

It seems as thou some efforts have been put into making this a safer cleaner location however it was. Very dirty (in the ways that staff couldn’t make better) need carpets cleaned paint repair … it was just scuzzy

The beds caved in - they need to be replaced. The towels & bedsheets had stains on them. This hotel had a green initiative- washing linens every three days to conserve natural resources and that is wonderful, but the linens we received were dirty. One towel had footprints on them and our bedsheet had a dirt stain.

When asked, the staff was attentive and helped with all inquiries.

Our room reeked of urine in the carpet so bad we had to sleep with a wash rag and towel over our faces from the horrible smell. Bad stains in carpet. Chair had crumbs all over it. Stains in bedding and the towels. No hand towel, ice bucket or disposable cups. The room next to us started waking us at 4:15 am from banging doors or it was staff. Not sure since we were pretty close to the end of the 3rd floor. No elevator makes it harder to get luggage to room. The room was so nasty we both wore socks the entire time and didn’t even shower the following morning so we could hurry and get out. Also, the tv is super small and pretty far from the bed.

I stayed here 7 years ago for another wedding. Time has not passed well for the hotel. Very worn and dark decor. Everything felt sticky when touched so I can’t speak to cleanliness. It was a bit infertile in that respect.

Good location to various restaurants. Able to gain access to my room 1 hr early as I had a wedding across town at 4:30pm.

Front desk was not staffed all of the time. Had to ask for hand towels. Told they didn’t have any and were on order. Also had to ask for more toilet paper and Kleenex as both were near empty when arrived.

Smell and stains on the bed and in the tub

Location was great, entire place smelled like it used to be a smoking location.

only one bathroom towel for two people, no blow dryer, no soap, broken toilet paper dispenser, no Kleenex, unusable house phone (wasn't even hardwired in), why was it there? The phone didn't matter because when I called the front desk for a blow dryer and iron/ironing board, no one answered. Burnt out lightbulb in the bathroom.

The curtain in first room I was assigned to was almost completely fallen down. The second room the moved me to had stained towels and dust ruffle. The desk chair was extremely uncomfortable and the occasional chair was stained. There was a two-inch dent in the bathroom door. There was no bar of soap or any cups. No ice bucket either, even though they have an ice machine. When I checked out, I brought the towels to the front desk and showed the stains to the guy and he seemed uninterested.

It smelled like weed the whole nite. Doors slamming through out the night. Only had 1 towel, no kleenex. The room was not very clean.

Liquor bottle under bed, candy on floor and space between bed and wall very dirty. Toilet paper roll insert, broken, Kleenex box in wall broken, not enough toilet paper in room. I are if room was actually cleaned? Staff great

The room wasn’t very clean. There were cracker crumbs on the chair and floor, hair on the shower walls, hole in bathroom wall. The microwave was dirty and smelled bad, refrigerator wasn’t very cold and freezer was completely iced over and unusable. The walls and ceilings were all dirty and there was what looked like mold spots all over the ceiling, obvious dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor, both chairs were very stained and looked gross. The general feel was they don’t care about taking care of the facility at all. When I got back after a day at the lake there was no parking in the lot and my mom, who can’t walk very well, has to walk quite a distance.

The location was convenient to the lake and shops. The front desk person was very helpful and professional. He accommodated us with a first floor room for my disabled mother. The facility does not have an elevator. He was also right there to set out a fresh pot of coffee when one ran out. I saw him stocking and cleaning. Excellent customer service. I think his name is Marcus or Marcos.

No fridge in our room, had to move to another room, that fridge the freezer was frozen over, broken toilet paper holder, toilet paper on side of tub, general cleanliness not impressive, a lot of homeless people hanging around the area

Main light was burnt out. 4 in our room yet only received 2 sets of towels. Per front desk, they only give the #of towels per beds in a room. Out of towels for the evening and could not provide extras. I have enevee heard of such a "policy."
