There was no breakfast, though it was advertised that there was (they were remodeling). Staff was not as professional as I am used to. Place felt like an ill-attended ghost town.

Bathtub had a significant open gap in the shower surround that water leaked behind. Hair on edge of tub. Would not be comfortable to take a tub bath. Smears on room exit light switch that my spouse thought was old blood.

There were no hangars in the closet. There was no garbage receptacle in the room except a small one in the bathroom. No clock.

When checking in I informed the front desk agent that I had a service animal and I was placed in a room towards the back of the second building and it had the most awkwardly designed bathroom I have ever seen…. I literally had to stand in the bathtub to be able to close the door to the toilet.

In bad need of update. Coffee in lobby was not hot when we arrived. Had to use stairs for second floor, no other choice. Did not know that when we booked the room.

Room in my opinion was filthy. I had to wipe everything down used Clorox wipes. Light switches, door knobs, handles,faucets, toilet,and the coffee maker still had a used pod in it.

Pet friendly,but no grass. Clean bedding, comfy beds. Was close to Bill's bar and grill great food.

Worn out neighbourhood. Breakfast eggs and sausage came out after the first diners had finished. They are trying to improve the facilities.

Value for money, small room but adequate. Restaurant close by. Wild deer grazing in the condemned next door motel yard was interesting.

When I came into the hotel their was no staff to check me in and no buzzer or way to contact any hotel staff. I went down the hall and used the common restroom on the first floor and exited the hotel. At that point the young woman working the front desk came out the front door and asked me if I was attempting to check in and I told her yes. She apologized and told me she had been in the gym working out and was not at the front desk because she was bored. She was very courteous but I believe their should be away to contact her if she is not at the front desk. Need more variety at breakfast!!

The room was big and had plenty of outlets to recharge electronic devices. The television worked well. Staff was courteous and helpful. Plumbing and water pressure were good. Room was clean and orderly

What breakfast? They did not serve breakfast. This inn and location could greatly use some improvements outside and inside. For the price you pay for night you expect better quality inn and certainly breakfast in the morning. Maybe it needs a better manager running the place and doing things to improve the look and quality of the inn outside and inside.

The “free breakfast” was a little misleading as I expected more than continental breakfast. Not that I minded-I just expected eggs etc. The online site listed only two stars for this site so I was not expecting much. Figured it would be quite a bit aged. I was very pleasantly surprised when I found everything to my liking. Everything tastefully done, clean and in order. Good job! The office staff “enjoyably friendly and helpful”. It was a very enjoyable experience when I was expecting it not to be. I am an old(er) 🙂 woman and was traveling alone at night.
