We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaRoom was run down, carpet had (what looked like dried blood) stains on the carpet outside the bathroom, and walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors. Found a hook sticking out of the carpet beside the bed. Luckily I saw it before I stepped on it! Blankets were a bit thin and only kept me warm when layered. Had lots of difficulty connecting to the WiFi, but it worked fine once it connected. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel is rumored to exist, but after waiting for an hour at the shuttle bus pick up without the Travelodge shuttle showing up, I opted for a taxi instead, which cost me $20 USD for a short 10min ride. Don’t bother calling the hotel, they never answer their phone. The police showed up while I was checking in, so the safety of the location raised some doubts in my mind. Not a lot of restaurants and/or convenient stores nearby, but there is an iHop next door and a McDonald’s about a block away if you want to walk. Road noise from the highway beside the hotel could also wake up light sleepers
Location was close enough to the airport. Bed was comfortable, and the TV had a lot of channels available for viewing. IHOP right next to the hotel. Easy access to airport shuttle bus from the main lobby. Staff was friendly. You definitely get what you pay for, no more, no less.

Costa Ricathe room is incredibly aged. Carpets/flooring could use an update, the room smelled of old people and old carpet. Over bleached sheets gave us a headache while trying to sleep. The shower was horrendous, would have liked a shower but the flooring was cracked and the drain grate wasn't glued down- unsafe looking and dirty. Staff were so checked out. Literally sick and tired at 1am and could care less attitude from the person at 8am.
It was helpful to have the shuttle. The bed was comfortable. Great value.

Not much. Arrived 9am off intn'l flt. Check in 3pm, very little lobby area to wait. Didn't feel like the safest place to be waiting. IHOP next door, pretty sleezy with unsavory people outside. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property. It was cheap, so I guess that says it all!

We stayed two nights, one upon arriving and once when we left again a few days later. First room was not very good. Bathroom was old and needed fixing. Second time room was pretty good. They need to get rid of old carpet in rooms.
