No amenities,. No breakfast. Not even continental.. Bedding torn. Did not expect subpar room just because we only wanted one queen size bed. Coffee pot broken in lobby. Chosen because we stayed at very nice Wyndham in Fishkill NY All floor rugs fifthly. No extra blankets

Some of the guests appear to be long term and a tad shady, I didn’t feel safe alone as a female. I went in close to midnight alone to check in, view the room & turn on the heat. There were 3-4 people that weren’t loud or aggressive but I suspected one was a prostitute/addict, another male guest came up behind me while I was leaving the room and just stood there and began asking me questions and followed me outside to my car, just a creepy guy. My partner was in the car w/the kids and the guy just hung around outside. The room had an odd smell near the bathroom but not overwhelming, not waste or food, maybe old mold. The one bed had a pretty bad dip in it, we just suffered through. It was a little noisy by the wall when we laid down. It wasn’t dirty but it could have been cleaner. The breakfast was OK for what it was, the curtains being closed gave the breakfast room a bomb shelter feeling. Ice machine & coffee machine were not working, but ice machine was being looked at for repair and there was a Keurig.

Affordable with two queen beds to accommodate our family. Lobby had nice decor/style. The outside view was pretty in a natural kind of way. The bed cover & blanket were nice. The shower was hot. The carpet looked almost brand new. Reasonable amenities for the cost. Had a grab-n-go breakfast. The hot water for oatmeal can be gotten from the Keurig or warm it up in the microwave.

Walls very thin, if you’re next to a snorer good luck. The room was falling apart and the locations behind the gas station is confusing to get to as first.

Very noisy. Room above pounded the floor with stomping and what sounded like dropped luggage, shoes, running kids. 10:30 PM. Then next door room put TV on loud midnight to 1AM. Only one bath towel for two of us. Hard to find the motel - poor signage on the entrance. Advertised breakfast was a joke. Staff set wake-up call 20 minutes after our request.

Bed was ok for comfort. Issue is the walls are too thin. People on both sides of our room were loud. One banging stuff. The other had the TV up way too loud all night long. Plus the smoke detector above the bed was blinking all night long. i didn't sleep.

Most of it....At first we missed the sign to turn into road..Its behind a truck stop off to side and sign is small and we thought we were in wrong area. No pool and I even sent message to see if open but no reply. We had small one bed room on ground floor due to elevator wasn't working so we asked to not have to climb with our luggage. Tv and cable stinks. It was a sketchy place. The girl at front desk was nice and polite but couldn't tell us anyplace to eat or place to go to find food or much about next town, etc...We were in town on a Monday night through Wednesday morning for Brimfield Antique and places are more open end of week. We finally on our own found shopping area that had your normal food places. It was a great price for 2 days stay which allowed us to spend more at Brimfield but I would find a hotel closer to show and better area

Hard to locate with GPS. Small sign at driveway, and GPS takes you through the truck stop. Room was very outdated and needed some detailed cleaning. Ice machine was not working, so staff had to get ice from kitchen area.

I chose the cheaper option for an overnight stay during a long drive. It was not far off the highway.

The pool was not open, breakfast items on booking.com were not specific. It said free breakfast. Not breakfast items. Bathroom tub needed to be cleaned before it could be used. Had to extend their stay an extra day and ended up costing an extra $10, for the night, with no amenities.

The staff wasnt exactley pleasent. Very rude. But i think they were also understaffed for a busy memorial day weekend. Deffinitly needs more staffing. I feel as the rudeness wasnt intended, just maybe the staff was frusterated from being super busy and overworked. The same worker that checked us in at 3pm was there at 11pm and at 8am when we left.

The room was dirty, ( bed was clean) but their was food still in microwave, trash on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable, and room was spacious as we had a suite. It was what we needed though, sleep and shower after a 700 miles motorcycle ride. But i think housekeeping could have done a better job.

I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, which they did end up switching. They advertise complimentary breakfast but it’s actually just snacks like pop tarts set out in the morning. The second night of my stay my key card was randomly deactivated. Just generally seems to be disorganized.
