Staff is great! Location is great! The rooms felt a bit cramped with two people and a dog but it was doable. The price was a bit much for what was offered but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Disgusting floor, looks like they don’t clean it. The stairs to the second floor smells urine, weird people around screaming to me while I was entering the room. There’re gaps on the door and the curtains are short, you have to be careful so no one from outside see the entire room. Although they don’t accept local guests because they’re afraid you can do illegal things there, I saw a lot of suspicious people around and was afraid my car would be broken.

Convenient location, room equipped with a good size fridge, sink, microwave and tv. A/c worked good. Bed wasn’t bad and had enough sheets and pillows for one person to sleep comfortably.

I think that the shower accommodations were nice, but it had an open floor and water was all over the place, that is a fall hazard. I also didn't like the fact that the floors were filthy. As soon as I took my shower, and started to walk around, my feet were immediately black on the bottom.

I liked the fact that the room came equipped with a place to cook, and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. It's hard to sleep with my husband, because he snores. The bed was big and we both slept like a baby. I also liked the fact that we weren't far away from our boys. The area we were in had a lot of restaurants and stores, which is always a plus.

All the caulking and new renovations were seemingly rushed, poor quality. When arrived was told my booking (2 months in advance) was canceled by the hotel. They did accommodate us at the rate Booking quoted.

I would have liked to see thicker comforter and better pillows but what we had worked. The pet area had poop on the ground from owners not picking up after their pet.

I liked the fact that I could bring my pet with us. We came to Wilmington for the weekend and the family enjoyed the stay. We stayed in the room that had three beds and all the beds were clean and comfortable.

There were shoes and a beer can sitting right in front of my door when i got back to my room and the towels were really flaky amd left a lot of cotton all over my body after i showered..

Some things we wished were a little different: *Found a few specks of dirt here and there (but was not a lot and didn’t really bother us all that much) *Would of liked a few more blankets on our bed *The bed springs were noisy and creaked with the slightest movement *No complimentary toiletries other than soap (but that was our bad for not really reading all of the policies) *Got a little noisy outside since our neighbors sounded like they were having a party (but they quieted down before it got too late without us having to say anything)

There were several things that we liked about the property: *The close location to many businesses (there’s a delicious Asian Fusion restaurant right across the parking lot) *Friendly and personable staff who gave us a warm welcome *Wonderful decent size shower with a head that had pretty good pressure (at least to us) *Decent sized kitchenette with a stove and microwave *Ample fridge space with a freezer on top *Access to many apps on the TV like Netflix *The AC was fantastic and a joy to feel when walking in the room after being outside in the scorching summertime *Was all in all pretty clean
