Heat pump was old and fairly noisy , only an issue if you use it at night. Other than that is was great

Location is awesome, only a block back off the main road and two blocks off the beach. Parking included is a HUGE bonus. Also a proper kitchen in the apartment was handy Swimming pool is nice and deep!

Just the pool area was a bit dated but we still had a good swim. We had one person with disability and there was no ramp up the stairs.

So close to town and the beach. Very easy self check in, full sized kitchen and bathroom was very comfortable to stay with 2 adults 2 children. Was worth the money and we even had beach gear like chairs, umbrella and snorkel. Also, we had free parking!!! Amazing really

Don’t really have anything that we didn’t like, only inconvenience we had, was one of the elevators were out of order for 5 days. Other then that the place was amazing.

Location was great close to everything, kitchen is an excellent option, free parking is a huge plus for the area, pool and laundry are a great bonus. We loved this hotel looking forward to staying here again when we return.

The Wi-Fi never worked for us, we had to use or own hot spot. I called Marta but never heard from her. The bed is not stable but comfortable I slept on the couch and was comfortable. In the laundry room the dryer left a weird smell on our clothes after they were dried. Also, someone had left their clothes in the dryer for too long so, I had to get them out, folded them and left them there for them to pick up.

I liked that the keys were accessible and the instructions from Ula were very specific. I liked that is it very close to all shopping stores I loved the little kitchen.

Didn’t like that we had to take out the trash and wash dishes. There was a cleaning fee included in what we paid and we felt like that should have been apart of that. Also, room gets warm. There is A/C but if you run hot (like I do) it doesn’t hold the cold well.

Not very clean. The couch was unusable because so squishy. Also was suppose to be a full kitchen but the only a hot plate to cook on and not much cooking supplies. The A/C remote didn't have any numbers on the screen so impossible to tell how we were setting it. Otherwise, it was a great location and fit most of our needs.

Great location and a bonus with the free parking. We could walk to many restaurants and shops.

Poor communication skills. Had reservations completed but couldn’t get a hold of nobody to grab the keys for the unit so I had to cancel after waiting for almost one hour for reply.

Did not like it . After making reservation I messaged the company but nobody got back to me so me and my guest stayed waiting on the street for someone to contact us to get the keys for the unit but no luck. Contacted costumer service and told them about it they also tried to contact the property manager in my behalf and no reply’s so we cancelled.
