Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Better room location. More plugs in room that are easy to find. Less smoke in Casinos.
Room was adequate. WE were driving back from Grand Canyon, so good stopping point. The location of our room, in back tower, on 18 floor, way down from elevators required a lot of walking. The room needs updating, Lacks enough electrical outlets. WiFi was sketchy. Room was clean and bathroom clean.

The lighting was very dim, even when sitting right under the lamps. The room and tower we were booked in was so far away we felt as if we ran a marathon to get there. It made our luggage feel like 10 tons by time we finally got to our room. I know there are bellhops and luggage carts we can utilize, but if you don't really have tip money for the bellhop, you feel like a jerk and they won't let you use the carts without a bellhop.
The beds are very comfortable and the room had plenty of space. I liked how there was a desk area so I could have someplace other than the beds to sit on as well as somewhere to lay my book instead of constantly having to juggle it in my hands. The swiveling TV is also a plus so you can see it wherever you're sitting.

I was left with no hot water, and I wasn’t notified untill I called and told them there wasn’t any hot water.
I like that I was able to enjoy my time there .

Our room had a plugged sink, a bathtub faucet falling off the wall, and the heater would not work according to the settings. Not ok accommodations!!

Do away with the resort fee crap and just tell me what the real room rate is. It would be nice to have a refrigerator and microwave but more interested in the room rate.
Price of the room. Motorcycle getaway so only need room for sleeping. Riding during the daytime. Casino provides gaming during evening hours.

It would be nice to have a blanket in the closet in case it got cold at night.
It's always the best value pricewise because it's not on the river but across the street, and doesn't have a great view. But I only use the room to sleep anyway and don't need a view.

It takes a little bit longer to get to there from the garage because of the distance and needing to use two elevators.
The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was cleaner than expected and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are in desperate need of updates. There was no fridge, no comfortable chair to sit in. We were there 30 years ago and not much has changed. The shuttle did not run on time and when it finally arrived, there wasn’t room for many of us waiting. We would not stay there next time.

The room was quite outdated. The mattress was very old and you could feel every spring. The casino floor seemed to be a slot machine graveyard.

It felt old in the rooms like it’s never been updated the bed weren’t the worst but we’re pretty hard and old you would thing for paying a daily 15 dollar resort fee for a pool and hot tub they can at least upgrade the rooms to look a little more modern but i still loved the place and will be back
I love the smoking rooms and the elevators were easy to access and the parking garage was easy to get in and out of and getting to the room was easy from the car no matter what level you have to park on and the wifi is pretty good and for the days we were there it wasn’t a terrible price
