Bathroom was small, but perfectly adequate and clean.

Good central location, very nice welcome upon check in from the guy on reception. Good price rooms with luggage storage and a lift. We were able to check in early because our room was ready.

The noise that the garbage trucks were doing when collecting at night (the alley was outside our room window) was too loud we needed to put on some white noise background to sleep. Maybe soundproofing the room better would help.

Their bathrooms were clean and thats a big thing for me wherever I stay. The staff was kind and courteous and was eager to help. It was especially great the it was very close to where we needed to go. Public transportation was very accessible to and from the airport and to other parts of the City.

The bathroom wouldn't win a cleanliness award but it was clean enough.

I needed hot water for coffee and on the go breakfast food. That was readily available.

I always use this hotel and am very grateful for it. During the night of our stay, a fire alarm went off and a fire engine arrived, and the firefighters entered the hotel, but there was no announcement from the hotel, and the guests, including myself, just talked on the floor wondering what happened. I think some kind of explanation would have been nice.

It’s a bit of a rough neighbourhood but I guess that can’t be helped. Hotel decor is getting out of date and was a bit rough round the edges

Staff were very good and friendly. Especially the Russian guy on night shift who I had some nice chats with while I was getting over jet lag! Also the room was spacious.

Room was a little warm, could do with a fan at the least. Opening the window meant little flies came in but very little breeze due to the window being opposite another tall building. Dust left over from previous building work, not sure if carpet was cleaned.

Very good wifi and comfortable bed. Easy to use shower facilities. Can't day much more on that as only spent time in room to sleep. Location of this hotel was excellent and close to trains, trams, trollys and buses

It’s dated and it’s location is on the boundary line of tenderloin. Don’t go right when you walk out the door if don’t want to be robbed. My room had an air con vent running along the wall outside it so when it turned on it vibrated the whole room and the old windows. I had to jam paper and cardboard around the windows to stop them making noise.

Our window faced their garbage disposal corridor, so it was very (like extremely) noisy several times during the first night when people were disposing the garbage and the truck was collecting it. The second night was fine though. The room was quite small, bed was kind of old and not really comfortable.

For the price paid, we shouldn’t have expected much, but cleaning was good, location was also not bad, the bathroom was also very clean and with good hot water. But that was it.

We were in a room facing south, the room got very hot. We were over the main street and if you opened the window the noise was terrible. If I was staying again, I would get a room at the back of the hotel, which would be cooler and quieter.

Building and fittings are a little older, could probably do with fresh carpets and paint. Windows could be soundproofed a little more

Super friendly checkin and all the staff I interacted with were really nice, 24hr reception is great! The room was a decent size, bed looked very grand, WiFi was really good, bathroom was just OK, blackout curtains made for a comfortable sleep! Fan in the room was good! Having a fridge in the room is great! They dont advertise to be luxurious, you get what you pay for which is no frills. Tenderloin has a bad reputation, but I had no issues in my time there, and it was easy to get around from this location!
